I like these filled breads alot, bought one today from a chinese bakery had only one bite of it because didn't want to eat it in the Train soon as my stop came by i just got up and left the bread didn't knowtice till i was outside din't realized i had dropped it in the train i was angious to eat it it tasted so good.
I love this buns so much, I always ate this when I was young, don't have to worry about the calories. Your recipe is very good , I will try to make it myself see if I can bring back the old memories. Thanks 😊

I just finished making this recipe and they came out fantastic! I added a couple more grams of powdered sugar because I have a sweet tooth and it was still delicious! Would recommend trying this recipe :D
@@Tasty_Cooking_Studio Do some bakeries add salt to the cream filling? I remember when I use to eat them at the HK bakeries the cream always have a salty after-taste. It was my favorite!

我今天剛剛做了這個包,你講190度焗10分鐘,時間到了,我試食一個,但是未焗熟,我立刻再放回焗多6分鐘,才焗熟呀,不知為什麼呢?
做形後的小麵糰不適宜過大, 唔係就要焗耐D了. 焗爐分別有用電力或煤氣兩種, 如果是用煤氣焗爐的話, 通常要焗多幾分鐘, 我會建議看麵包上色程度, 金黃色為標準.
