Condos in Bangkok close to (BTS) are amazing. Because in Bangkok Everything is ready and connected. Many luxury department stores Rooftop Club Bar or various tourist attractions Can travel by electric train.
If you live in New York, you know that bedrooms this size in NYC The price is no less than 2000 USD++ and there are definitely no amenities like this. No need to search for it. Surely you'll only live in your room? Even though it's in the middle of this condo. There is a lot of space for you to use. And Bangkok is exciting to live outside. Luxurious shopping malls, clubs, bars, parks. Of course, if you want a bigger room space, You will have to pay more depending on the size of the room. (Nervous or crazy? That you can get a large room for 450USD) is worth the price. In Bangkok there are many good penthouses priced at 1800-2700 USD. You choose the one that suits the money in your wallet, and that's it.

the rooms in this condo with 27m2 to 31m2 are even smaller then average and therefore a nogo for me. The facilities cannot compensate this basic downsite!

What about electricity, Wi-Fi, and water? Are they included in the price?
Not included, those three usually total between 1,800 baht - 2,700 baht( for all three)
