Great video, I also live in On Nut currently. My condo is around 300-350$, but I also rent it through airbnb which then costs me around 600$ per month.
My budget I’d like to stay in is 2500-3000 US a month.. Residual income so not worried about the price if wife and kids just want to try different condos
Paper-thin walls can be a problem with these Bkk shoebox-size condos. You get what you pay for. More spacious apartments, and what many Westerners would consider luxury, start at around $1,500 a month. It's still a good deal.
That's a helpful overview. I don't understand the appeal of these duplex condos. The closets are upstairs and shower below makes morning preparation a chore of constantly climbing and descending the stairs.
Great video but the prices are off. For example, currently, for Condo 2, you can only find them at 1800 USD/month on Airbnb. Are those condos listed on some other platforms or can you rent them directly, to avoid any Airbnb service fees?
How is the indoor air quality in these buildings from January till April? I'm in Bangkok right now and probably heading to Koh Samui to escape the bad air but prehaps those buildngs have descent air quality?
I need to move to Bangkok! By the way, Timo is a Finnish first name, do you have Finnish heritage? At least your accent does not sound Finnish. Im new here from Finland.
That food delivery room... 🤯🤯

I like it, more space, and the upper room I only need when sleeping
is it possible to rent it for a week ?

Not Airbnb. These prices are if you rent them directly from the owner.
@@TimoNikolai Any website for renting directly from the owner???
@@xKarmaYTAsk in the Condo directly
What is the deposit for 1 month
the first apartment costs 1.5k on airbnb for a month, is this normal?
Looks good, but what’s the catch?
Why does there always need to be a catch lol
So you are renting these through Airbnb because you sent signing long term leases .

Yeah you need to 🇹🇭 I have no Finnish ancestors that I know of 🤔
1 year contract? Or just 1 Month
Does this building allow pets? Specifically cats?
You gotta ask that your landlord directly
Great living there but the air is crap - heavy pollution 🤨🤨👊🏻
It’s actually fine. Get an air purifier for home and you’ll have good air there.
@@TimoNikolai 👌🙏
