Clock for me. It probably takes me around 10-14 seconds to scramble and I’m almost sub 7 solving.

I have probably got a lot of 4 move solves when I was slow (10 seconds average) and now I'm learning advanced method but probably I won't be able to do a sub 1😂

I only average low 5 on 2x2 but have a 1.5 lucky scramble. So Brody is right in that it's much easier than a 5 second 3x3 solve

i learned cfop and then tried lbl with my 2x2 and it actually worked ;)

Optional step 5: learn LEG-1 and TCLL.
Optional step 6: learn 1LLS.

...
Optional step 42 (?): learn all 3 milion or so solutions to all possible scrambles.

Optimal step 42 is probably not optimal because you have to go through those 3 million permutations, and find the exact solution, without any mistakes, all under 15 seconds of inspection. So probably going to be probably impossible...

Do you recommend learning CLL over EG ? Because I´m using EG and I´m curious if CLL is better. Obviously for CLL you only need one alg instead of two but the disadvantage is that you have to build one complete layer instead of just a side. And I think the EG algs are a bit shorter than the CLL algs (but I´m not sure)

i usually solve my 2x2 in about 15 seconds, and recently I came upon a 4 mover and solved it sooo fast.

My pb is 1.18 seconds and I average 4 seconds
my pb is currently 1.98 cuxz of a 4 unexpected 4 mover

Wow I guess I got really lucky! There were 3 sides, where whichever one you chose you get an ll skip! And thank god I was using a stackmat and I got a 0.48! Haha that is absolutely crazy! (This happened a month back or something like that..)

you can do in white, blue or yellow and you will get ll skip. I did in white.

i just bought the yuxin little magix 2x2 and it feels way smoother than my old clanky loud 3x3 cube from 7 eleven
Personally my ao5 for 2x2 is about 24.6 seconds, but this helped me slightly

You don't need a 4 mover to get sub-1, my PB (0.92) was a 5 or 6 mover if I remember correctly
Yes, but the point was that a 4 mover really helps
I have Slow Hands because I had a minor stroke in my past and also lots of nerve damage but I have still managed to get back on my feet and to still be able to do this in about 12 seconds
Thank you so much Brody now i have a unofficial record of 0.53 seconds it was four moves to solve the cube and a 4 move scramble try it out for your self. The scramble is U R' U R. And also the same day I got a scramble that can take 3 moves to solve and it took me 0.38 seconds sadly it was a 3 mover so I did not count as a solve :( . The scramble is R2 U' R' F' R' F U F R2 for the 3 move scramble.

When I just purchased 2 by 2 I didn't know how to solve it but I knew how to solve 3 by 3 and just in fun I started to solve it in 3by 3 algorithms and I solved it now my best time to solve 2 by 2 is 5.12 second

I learnt 3x3 from Noah , I got angry on him when I found out how other beginners solve their second layer on 3x3
I have a GAN 2x2 that turns really bad locks up a lot I thought it was a nice SpeedCube but I could say even my Rubik’s brand 2x2 is better than the GAN. Problem 2: im not even sub-5 with Ortega or LBL however I will try Ortega X LBL some day I’m just having trouble mixing the face and LBL OLL with OLL and PBL with PLL Problem 3: CLL is way too hard I was succeeding with CLL when I times my H cases I realized they are slow yes I fingertrick F moves with my index but on other Algs like the t case my F moves are just following my R’ for the sledge so I don’t get it? Problem 4: doing F moves with my thumb for me is regripping like I do for my index finger. but I don’t have time to do it for me F moves with index is way faster even tho again I’m fast on the other longer T case with F moves (AND I USE INDEX) so………..
Problem 5: I’m fast with Ortega as long as I don’t get these 3 Algs
