And also the same day I got a scramble that can take 3 moves to solve and it took me 0.38 seconds sadly it was a 3 mover so I did not count as a solve :( . The scramble is R2 U' R' F' R' F U F R2 for the 3 move scramble.

Honestly, you can probably skip lbl and go straight to Ortega since there are only 3 extra algs you need to learn (and they are extremely easy to learn).
Optional step 4: learn EG. Optional step 5: learn LEG-1 and TCLL. Optional step 6: learn 1LLS. ... ... ... Optional step 42 (?): learn all 3 milion or so solutions to all possible scrambles.
Optimal step 42 is probably not optimal because you have to go through those 3 million permutations, and find the exact solution, without any mistakes, all under 15 seconds of inspection. So probably going to be probably impossible...
I have Slow Hands because I had a minor stroke in my past and also lots of nerve damage but I have still managed to get back on my feet and to still be able to do this in about 12 seconds

i usually solve my 2x2 in about 15 seconds, and recently I came upon a 4 mover and solved it sooo fast.

My pb is 1.18 seconds and I average 4 seconds
my pb is currently 1.98 cuxz of a 4 unexpected 4 mover

I came to try and solve a simple cube, but was fed a lot of acronyms instead. Instructions unclear, ate the cube.

You don't need a 4 mover to get sub-1, my PB (0.92) was a 5 or 6 mover if I remember correctly
