Just do the normal algorithms you use on a 3x3 after the first layer is done. Flip it so yellow is on top and do the U R U' L' U R' U' L on until one corner matches and then do it again until all 4 are on the correct side and then flip it white side up and repeat L' U' L U and do that for all the corners that are not oriented properly and its solved.

I worked this out from my knowledge of how to do the 3*3*3 cube - I use the same method (I think it's called F2L) - and it's just a similar method of getting the corners, I use the same algorithms pretty much - you just don't have to worry about the middle edges

Thanks Noah through all the journey of me starting cubing you were my starting point for 2×2,3×3,4×4 and 5×5 and also due to some algs in the 5×5 being similar to other algs like last edge parity the only thing I had to execute it differently and because of you only I'm here and on a average rank in speed cubing. You can just use these two algorithms:
R, U, R', U, R, U2, R' for the yellow side
R', F, R', B2, R, F', R', B2, R2 to switch the corners
But only after you solve the white side properly

+Polarish Its the same algorithm for the 3x3 when you have to solve the last layer. Just keep on doing that algorithm until 1 yellow is on the left corner, then another is on the right bottom corner but not orientated. Do that algorithm again and you have yourself the yellow layer. Hope this helps!

Look how the cases are. If you have one of those cases, orient it to what the picture shows, then do the algorithm (R U R' U R U2). If your yellow face is not solved, look what case you have. Orient it again to what the picture shows, do the algorithm. If it's not solved by now, keep going. Orient the case correctly over and over till it's solved. A lot of times you will probably only get 2 cases then it's solved. Pay attention how the cases are put in; if you have the last one of either of those then doing that one correctly will solve it.
