@@SimonGlassman We think grey and orange works really well, as for grades theres aways upgrades to be done, think id start with a bigger bathroom and a pop up roof in the bedroom area😁
That pull out kitchen is stellar. I really like their use of wood. And the wooden dining table is beautifuly designed. I love the orange and wouldn't think of changing it. Wrong continent for me but gorgeous beast.
Courts & Meeks have the same love for the colour orange as me, so wasn't surprised to see them interested in a massive orange truck.. I would also love that truck but I have a few obstacles in my way . 1 no where to park it. 2 no license to drive it.. great truck thought and it should sell pretty quick..
Quite a bargain at that price...especially for a built out rig that is running reliably. I would have exoected at least Euro 150,000.00. One thing I would be curious about is how you get into the engine bay to do major repairs now that the top entry hatch is covered by the cabin front extension... temporary removal of the cabin would be required?
@Overlandtraveladventure I'm pretty sure the old MAN KATS like this do not have tilting cabins based on a few engine overhaul and or transmission replacement videos I have watched. .in those cases access in and out for major parts removal was via a flat hatch with a vertical opening flap on the roof behind the drivers seat....for day to day maintenance access is via a door on the side of the engine compartment.
I’m always curious of how these trucks perform on the highways in North America. I know it wouldn’t be ideal with those tires on but I want something like this with decent L/100km. With how expensive American pickup trucks are now it’s cheaper to import this style of truck into Canada than it is to buy a truck here.
Most truck camper will have a cruising speed of around 50mph give or take 5mph.. we’re thinking of bringing ours over to the states and Canada next year, possibly to sell. (Need to do my homework first)
Hello. Has a mechanical check been done recently? Is it possible to have the vehicle documents? I would like to check if I can import it into Switzerland. Thank you

One thing I dont get is some of the outside details, like not storing sand/snow showels in the garage, or at least build some sort of closet or windbreaking wrap, to make it a but mure aerodynamic. Its fair to laugh when someone brings up concerns about aerodynamics in a vehicle like like. But reall A simple cover of some sort would save a ton of fuel over time. Would change a lot on the daily budget, but hes been driving this for 8 years, and itl drive for at least another 2-3 decades, and then some. Could probs use a cover for the sparetire, some canvas-wrap or something, to take the worst A tilted piece of bend metal for the square boxes on the roof behind the headlights would also make a world in diff(over time, obviously)
I cannot disagree, although I will say living off grid and in a lifestyle like this will save you much more money than aerodynamics ever will. Thank you 🫡
@@Overlandtraveladventure we drove a converted mercedes truck< weve added an what I belive is called an "english cabin" on the bed, from N europe to Pakistan.
