IGE Jubilaumssonderzug 40 Years - Neuenmarkt-Wirsberg & Nuremberg

We reach Neuenmarkt-Wirsberg, home of the Deutsches Dampflokomotiv Museum, where a few engines are being prepared for the next day's event. 001 180 -9 sets back for a run past of the slo-mo variety. Then it's on towards Nuremberg, with another brief run past. Thoughts of a night-time departure shot are ruined by the weather, as a thunderstorm descends on the city. Even I won't venture to the end of the platform in that!
