Entirely different approach than last video, saving 1/4th time:
Commands used:
Wand
Walls glass
Add elevator core
Stack 4 up
Expand 5 u
Contract 5 u
Set 1
Add stairs
Get and add lights
Expand 5 d
Stack 10 u
Add door
Rules:
1. Functional tower = stairs, elevators, door and lights
2. Looks don't matter but materials need to make sense
3. Timer starts when you join a world for the first time
4. I used 1.19.4 but any MC & World Edit version works
