Third story - sounds like there needs to be some sort of LO/TO (Lock Out/Tag Out) system and procedure for the electric fence.

Hey Susan I have 45 reasons for you to not trespass and I bet any of your crews will respect it too.

Workers need to check with the OWNER if it's okay, not just what a HOA tells them, AND they need to say "we need proof that they're a member" at the very least, else I would sue them for vandalism.

I was afraid that I would hear that the wife had a heart attack after getting that prank call. Glad someone got revenge for her

I’ve done radio and know that the FCC is no joke about their regulations. I have NEVER thought that those prank calls were funny and I am delighted that OP pranked that morning team of jocks right back.

Put it to you this way - I have not worked in radio and so you are probably more familiar with the regulations (particularly regarding to prank calls) than I am. That said, I am not a fan of most DJ stunts/games including prank calls. Most stations are better off having the DJs shut up and play music.

Guy who had his wife pranked needed to have his dental plan activated. Would never terrorize my wife like that.

I would have slapped a lawsuit against each board member personally for the harassment they gave and also sued the HOA but the president would be at least 50 000

With the Electric Fence story, the OP should have taken her brother and put his hand on the live wires of the fence. That would have gotten her point across quite nicely. If you don’t know what is going on completely, then don’t try to help, she could have gotten seriously hurt.

I was fixing an electric fence once when my two brothers decided to plug the fence in. I was just a little mad until I saw them laughing. The next 2 hours are a blank space in my memory and I remember that they were running away from me when I started coming out of my rage. They told me that I had thrown several things at them including an axe and a baseball bat. Needless to say, they were careful not to try that again. After Dad plugged it in while I was working on it a few months later, I started taking the fence charger with me when I had to work on the fence.

My parents divorced back in the late 70s when I was around 13 or so. My mother never remarried or even dated in order to take care of all of my siblings still under 18, 2 boys and a girl
My father started dating a woman who I will call karen who we COULD NOT STAND
Dad ran his own business that he built up himself and hired (eventually) all of his sons and one daughter. Karen was never an official employee of the company, but due to her relationship with my dad, she acted as if she was the boss herself. She took the daily receipts, ordered us around and generally, made our lives miserable for decades, all of which time, she and my dad never married.
Eventually, my dad died and left us the business. She "claimed" that she had just as much a stake in the business as the rest of his children but didn't have a legal leg to stand on
She got the house that they lived in for almost thirty years together and the side businesses they started together (which she ran into the ground in months because she has no business skills) but nothing else
I'm happy to say that I haven't even seen her in over 20 years
BTW, her daughter and grandchildren were just like her

i would have painted the house orange and the windows greeen and the door pink and then placed a shock red big middle finger and written HOA on it and added lights so they could see it at night.

Last story reminds me of my dad and step-monster. My parents divorced when I was 5 and dad remarried when I was about 8. Us kids had to do the whole visitation thing every other weekend, but it seemed like all we did there was clean his whole house, which included cleaning 4-5 litter boxes 2-3 times a day because his wife had 5-9 cats, depending on how many strays she was boarding at the time. We also had to brush said cats everyday. January through May visitation was basically pointless, because both of them are accountants with their own business, so "visiting" didn't really even happen as they worked long hours, even though we still had to go there. I finally got out of going for visitation by getting a paper route (this was the 80s).
Back in 2010, I was planning my January 1 wedding and still had not gotten my dad's RSVP as of late November. I called him and asked what was up. He told me that they had just spent the last few months remodeling the living room, so they were taking that day off to stay home and rest before tax season started. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. I'm a smart guy, but I don't think going to a wedding should be that strenuous. My dad has done a lot of crappy shit to us kids over the years, so this was the last straw for me. I just said "OK, bye." I've had zero contact with him since and I don't plan to.

Second story: Besides the green I would have included a middle finger and beneet it the phrase "F*ck off". Susan would instantly know it was directed at her.

Title Story: Call the police. trespass the HOA and all of their agents from your property. If they ever so much as set foot on your property again, have them arrested. And sue for harassment the split second you have grounds. Do not mess around with half measures with these people or they will have your home from you before you even know what happened.

The firing order for pre 1994 v8 American Engines is on the intake manifold, all you have to do it put the crank at top dead center and you have #1 in the distributer
