good base of cardio and endurance. after being away for awhile. burpees are tough, especially when you stop doing them and return to training. i'll never be a burpee master, but i have a lot of respect for the exercise. they really test a person. they're also damn efficient, both for conditioning and building a decent physique.. good to see you back, lee. 125 is a great number.
125 is absolutely rock solid, dude. Back on the burpee grind myself, asthma playing up in the cold and easing into it with 80 in 20 mins. Hope to hit 200 by the time the spring weather rolls in 💪. The burpee community is so freakin' positive, everyone here is a beast
Literally the same pal. Been hitting the weights for last few months no Burpee workouts whatsoever. Did 20 minutes navy seals, my body us absolutely aching all over. Kind of miss it for some reason 🤣 Keep smashing it 💪🏻
I can't complete more than 50 burpees. My shoulder joint starts to hurt, but it's not the usual muscle soreness. It feels like a sharp, acute pain, and I have to stop, even if I don't feel particularly tired.
I've got an airbike in the garage, after puking on the first 5 sessions I'm gonna now intergrate burpees for extra pain! Cheers mate, i'm unfit as fk right now!
Yeah I do them on the knuckles on the rubber matting at the gym, you get a deeper pressup and can bring your legs back through at the end of the rep without bending them, this feels like a harder ab workout. Also toughens your knuckles up too
Inspiring ! I think i could do 30/40 right now, but i hope to come back to a decent level this year, I had a heart surgery a few years ago and struggled alot to get ready, now i am 🫡

@@FinC1_ did 63 Navy SEALs in 20 minutes at park, the goal is over 80 good luck Brother! 💪
@goodboi4939 solid work, brother 💪 I hope to be back up at those numbers soon
@@FinC1_ keep at them and you will, I still struggle with 150 6 counts in 20 minutes. I combine it with jump rope, sprinting, and gym ring training.
There’s a real place you go when you do burpees, and that’s rep city!!💪

Good work brother!! 💪
This is inspiring. I’m getting back into burpees and I’m struggling hard.
125 reps in 11 minutes by my reckoning. That's damn good condition in my book.
So right!
Yeeeesss, back in there in the dungeon
Nice one brother
Started doing burpees after 2 months, and i nearly died. Burpees are like pull ups, if you stop after will be hard again.
Absolutely lol. That was an eye opener
@@StrongandConditioned plus i put some weigh in xmas so is even harder. Haha
Burpees for the New Year! 🫡
Nice little trip to burpee town
great effort.

Interesting to watch and great to see you enthused! Did you not do any cardio in the body building period?

Try holding push-up handles or hex dbs so you can keep your wrist straight.
Second burpee workout all year? It’s only January 4th 😂 Keep on it Lee!
😂😂 I’ll crack the jokes mate
How about doing the burpees on the knuckels instead,- now that the wrists don't like 'em...is that even a viable solution?
