I used your double pullups program for all of 2024 and I went from 9 initially to 21 paused rep pullups with bodyweight with a record of 24 pullups. This year I'll be doing your fitness as hygiene daily programming. Following you hoping to get into the League Of Notable Kyle's soon. Haha!

@@iker8010 honestly i don’t really do cardio on my own, I’m in the marine infantry and i do plenty of it at work, if i do cardio though i just walk for about an hour or so outside or on the treadmill at the highest incline

I'm 4 days away from my 1 year anniversary of coming across your video on the horse stance. Wasn't a subscriber then, it just showed up. It was a Sunday evening, worst period of time in my 66 years, going no where. I watched it and decided to start the next morning doing it for 1 minute. My steps were extremely small, slow, doing a morning routine every other day. Haven't missed one yet, my life has changed. This morning: 18 minutes horse stance, situps, stretching, pushups, various dumbbells, stretch band work. I'm forever grateful for that video and the influence it has had. To anyone in a bad place, just start something, however small, little steps, just be consistent.
Michael! This is one of the coolest comments I've ever gotten. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm so happy the content connected with you and has been a positive force in your life. Keep at it brother! You are inspiring! Feel free to reach out anytime.

Why doesn't this page have 10 million followers already?! I have followed your advice on 1 max set of pull-ups, push-ups and squats and have never gone back since. Thanks for it Kyle!
Yeah, very true. I honestly do not want a 10 million sub channel. I'm not motivated by things like that and I do not want to do the things required of me to grow my channel to that level. I value my time with my family, I value the personal interactions I have with the people I coach, and I like anonymity. I'm a reluctant social media user so I'm never going to dive into it in a way that creates that type of following.
Because people have been led to believe that one has to become good at doing circus tricks type calisthenics workouts that is not sustainable for the majority of people.
I love this message. People in my life semi-frequently ask me what kind of fitness program they should do. My answer is usually the same, "what you choose to do RIGH NOW doesn't really matter. What matters is that you're still doing it 5-10 years from now. Pick something you can see yourself doing for the next 5 years, then you'll have your answer."
Some might say I’m overstating, but man i gotta tell you this. You are the gold standard when it comes to fitness youtube. Never overstate or advertise the current trend but instead focus on the nitty gritty of what actually needs to be done. Working out isn’t complicated yet so many fitness youtubers try to make it out to be just that because its profitable. You’ve always provided me with nothing but grounded sustainable advice that made fitness a part of my lifestyle that i enjoy and appreciate. Keep up the good work, you make fitness a sound like sleep or work. Essential yet enjoyable if we choose to do it the right way. With the kind of mobility Ive developed throughout the years following your methods its just been inspirational and truly life changing. Thank you
Those words hit hard, brother. I appreciate that so much. That is exactly my goal with all this stuff; bring it back down to earth. Thank you for the support, the kind words, and the views.
The biggest thing for me was learning to accept that plans change. Sometimes things come up (like a wedding or work) and you can't make it to the gym for a few days. This doesn't mean you have failed and now must give up. No, you can just adjust your workout plans and carry on. A lot of the fitness influenzas post these 'xyz day challenges' and most people fail because they just don't have the time.
The year is five days old and I have five days of training under my belt. Your guidance has been invaluable for so many of us, and I'm amongst them. So thank you so much for what you do and a happy new year!
Most realist and down-to-earth channel out there. I'm still doing bar pull ups with a resistence band, and maybe I look weak or pathetic, but I focus on my form and technique that any other thing.
Thank you! Dude, I think that is the way to go an it will serve you well over the long run. Satisfying the ego to rush the process will inevitably teach you a frustrating lesson you can avoid by taking your time. You are doing it right!
There is no need to restart; this is a continuous lifestyle for this 64-year-old. Thank you for all of your advice. I use your channel as a reminder and to help tweak my different calisthenic exercise programs. I am stronger and more flexible. I try new things every day. My only issue is resting. I never take a full day of rest. I'm running, cycling, rebounding, boxing, animal movements,..etc.
Commented a few weeks ago but I come from a heavy workout plan for the past 5 years and have slowly been grinding my body down and down which involved me ending up in hospital from loosing to much weight (following a stupid fad diet and over exercising from heavy lifts) and carrying on pushing my self to lift heavy 5 days a week. Last year started to do more bodyweight and have loved it. Been following you for a few months and really taking it all in! I was always worried about dropping the heavy weights every week to just doing bodyweight but 5 weeks ago my son was born and 2 weeks ago now have finally cancelled my expensive gym membership and bought my self some dip bars and doing a daily push pull and legs workout purely bodyweight and wow I feel so good. My body is starting to recovering from the stress induced pain from burning out at the gym and finally feel as if I have a better life from following you! Thank you brother. None of this would of happened if i didn't follow you 👍
So true. And I love how this aligns with my new mindset going into this year. The idea if not overestimating what I can do in the short term, and instead do a small bit of the thing everyday, and all the days you did it will add up to something great. Every week hitting the muscle a little more, and getting better at exercises, and learning to optimize just a little bit from time to time. It will all compound. This is my year of not underestimating just how much I could accomplish over the long term.
Training is the goal. Most people struggle to get started and when they do, have lofty goals when they’re not even training regularly. The goal should be to train. Once that happens then let nature take its course. Life is too short for micromanaging how we feel.
I saw this comment and was like “yeah that guy is totally right”, and then I realized it was Lee Hazard. Nice! Love your stuff Lee, I’ll go do some burpees now.
I remember someone once got asked for the best type of training and their answer was: "the best training is always the one you actually do." It's easy to get enthralled by all the promises of the fitness industry and end up with paralysis by analysis because so many people say so many different things, but you always seem to be able to cut to the chase and make your point. No frills, just a simple and equally wise training philosophy. I can't thank you enough for this.
Nothing can stop us from being strong 💪🏻❤ Cheers brother

What I like is that this mentality can be applied to anything - like practicing an instrument, for instance, or meditation; do what you can sustainably do, even if it seems very small, and progress will be inevitably made over time
Thank you for this reminder. I started up after a while without training and am always eager to train hard, but overdoing it in the beginning is really easy, especially if you remember times you used to be able to do more reps and stuff. That was a long while ago...
I took your advice , i started high frequncy low volume training , with moderation pain and fatigue workout it is leading me to great consistency from last two months , i have noticed my shoulder are wider , and biceps are shaping too...
@@chitraakshbandral4309 no, high frequency low volume means instead of doing 6 set thrice a week i do 3 sets each day of week so i have less pain , i burn good amount of calorie each day and as i grow strong with consistency i can increase no of sets .
Been following Kyle for a few years now. To me all of these videos are meaningful outlines and one could write a paper on the nuances of all the points. These videos are super deep. When I listen to one multiple times I’ll get more from it each time.
The only thing that keeps me going back to training (my mental health and MS can really get in the way sometimes) is your advice of how we should focus on quality over quanity and make it sustainable for us! What always put me off of wanting to work out was the "No pain,no gain", strict calorie counting and having to schedule 50 different exercises for different muscles. That thought alone made my brain feel convoluted and I hated the idea of working out. The moment I simplify it in my head, I immediately find the mental strength to do it. Thank you for the quality content you give us and how you keep it short, easy to understand and digest and follow. 🙏🏻
Hey Kyle, thanks for your awesome work. I started watching your videos 4 years ago but I didn't get it back then and forget about you. During those 4 years I jumped from one workout plan to the next one w/o consistency but injuries and got more and more fat. After christmas I remembered your channel and started with the first video again and it all made sense. Now I do 1 set of pulling, pushing and leg exercises everyday and implemented daily yoga and hikes. I already lost 3kgs and my joints also feel better. Thank you very much, all the best and happy new year :)
boges dropping another masterclass.. love to see it! simplicity is key 🔑 optimal doesn’t always mean better if you can’t even stick to it.. much love all the way from 🏴
Thank you for your consistently inspiring content. Your mature, sensible approach is such a breath of fresh air in the fitness space. Your focus on adherence, sustainability, and building habits that truly last makes you a voice of reason in an industry often filled with quick fixes and extremes. Keep doing what you’re doing-it’s making a real difference!
Consistency/Sustainable is the way to go. I also got a trainer to hold me accountable. 3 times a week of 5-6 routines of 3x20 sets/reps on two muscle groups is where I’m at. This is the cost for me feeling great, and I can afford it.
Along the same lines of sustainability, I'm curious how often you plan for breaks and deloads in your training? I know if I continue on a reasonable progressive overload routine for more than 6-8 weeks, I start getting tendinitis, tweaks, and increasing levels of general fatigue.
I am back again to listen to kaly (excuse my spelling lol). This is very good in what he is doing: common sense, calmness, lots and lots of experience and degree! Lucky us Bless you again from italy
Thank you K Boges for all of your knowledge and advice. I switched to 30 min daily routines with moderate intensity, instead of every second or 3rd day with max intensity. I enjoy it so much more!
Listen to the wise words of this gentleman. I wish I had known this when I was 20. Happy New Year, I really enjoy your channel, thank you for your time.
Hey I don’t know if you surf or have worked with clients who surf, but since following your channel for about a month and doing 3-5rnds of ladders 1-5 workouts where the pull is x1, push x2 and legs x3 has significantly increased my paddle power/ endurance. Your approach is so simple and effect with the workout “hygiene “ approach where you do it every day. Just wanted to say thank you. My paddling has been insane and I feel like I’m about to take those beatings better when caught in the inside on bigger/heavier days.
These days I just automatically "like" all of these videos as soon as they begin, because I already know what the quality of the content will be. Keep up the good work brother. 🙏🏻🤘🏻
Lately I've been focusing my training more on cardio to improve my half marathon time, but I still do resistance training three times a week, and I follow your advice to the letter when it comes to volume, simplicity, and controlled reps. It's effective and sustainable. Thanks for all the advice and Happy New Year Kyle!
Been consistent with calisthenics for about a month now & it’s the best thing that has happened to me to make me feel mentally and physically better, thanks to your videos and philosophy w/ training!
@ Thanks @K Boges! Earlier this year, I started to adopt your training plan to double my pull ups. But since I’m in my earlier fifties, I’ve scaled it slightly but still achieving results at a sustainable rate and without injury!
Next year I don't wanna feel the disappointment in myself I felt a few days ago... "If only I didn't quit training 6 months ago... " Started again yesterday with some bodyweight squats and elevated surface pushups. What made me quit last year was I overwhelmed myself with 'research' and all the crap influencers tell you, I did more planning than training. Now imma just go with something extremely simple but will make sure to show up every day. Let's get it. Best fitness channel, no BS, just wisdom. Hope you achieve your goals for 2025 Kyle
I spent 6 months working on rows to achieve my first pull-up. I’m not sure if it’s realistic, but I hope to reach 10 clean pull-ups by next year. Wishing everyone happy training!
Last question I swear 😂😂😂 What is your best advice for clients with chronic shoulder pain???(Shoulder friendly variations, types of rehab, strengthening exercises, etc.) Whenever I start to make consistent progress with daily push up, pull up, and leg variations I always run into issues where my left shoulder starts to hurt bad again and it sets me back and stops my progress. It is so frustrating 😫
Oh man it’s a tough one to say because there are some practical considerations many potential causes of shoulder pain. Think of the pain as a symptom of many potential pathologies. Your best bet is to go to a a good PT and get a professional assessment.
Kyle, I have to thank you for putting this message out there in such a simple and effective way. I finally understood the importance of consistency back in August and put it into action. Previously I had always tried to do everything optimally but always did too much or complicated things to a point where it got way too overwhelming and I gave up. Never trained for more than a month or two straight. Your philosophy combined with Dr. Pak's stuff on minimum effective dose training have led me to being consistent for 5 months, working out 2-3 times per week. I'm getting stronger and seeing some physique changes, but more importantly I'm training consistently week after week since the plan is easy enough to follow even on a tight schedule. Consistency over intensity and perfection really is the secret to long-term results, and that sounds obvious now but I guess you've got to learn through mistakes. Thanks so much and all the best for 2025!
70 years old and still training. sustainability...you hit the nail on the head here. what doesn't destroy me makes me stronger...in the short term, maybe. in the long term it will destroy you...
i've got the luck of starting my "resolution" even before the new year, and besides some minor setbacks related to a gym that isn't cooperative with me, i'm carrying myself, sustainability first turns out making the workout fun (martial arts, beat saber, jumprope) gives even more reason to just do, and the endorphins after are always worth it
Could you do a video on functionality for life? Like specific exercises and possibly diet. I just turned 30 and have been in good shape my whole teen and adult life. But at this point I have seen so many older people who did not take care of their bodies and can barely do everyday things like bending down to pick something up or simply moving around without hurting. I want to be the guy that is hitting a pull up bar when I’m 70 and older but I want to do the right things before then to be strong, functional, and to avoid injury. Love your videos bro!
I must say I had Great results from Your workout programs and Your video's and for that I thank You very much keep doing good job becouse You doing lots of good things and looking at numbers of followers You obviously on the right way again thank You stay strong stay healthy 👍💪
I'm still very young in my 21 years, but something that has make me consistently going is to understand that immediate results are not what you should be looking for. Just focus on consistently working out with good form and good diet and the you in 30 years is gonna ABSOLUTELY appreciate it. It's a lifelong investment.
hey, subscribed to you a long while ago but ur vids stopped appearing, great to see you in my recommended again, unfortunately I am re-starting the fitness journey, but I'll save the channel this time to get more tips along the way haha, great content man, keep it up.
Dude thank you for watching! I've gotten several of these messages... I have no idea why my videos have stopped popping up in my subscribers feeds. Every time I post a video I get a message from someone saying the same thing. TH-cam also limiting my views with no explanation. If I figure it out, I will let you know.
That little bit of extended footage of the set was a nice callback to your earliest videos. 9 months ago today, I was left by my long-term partner. It broke me. However, it was through the encouragement of your videos that I returned to training less than a month after it happened. It was often the only thing I would manage to achieve in a day. You were looking out for me although you didn't know it. Cheers my guy. A little bit of whatever, practised every day, with intensity but a gentle mind, over a lifetime. This is what I think about.
Oh man, sorry to hear about that. That type of loss is no joke and I'm happy to you made it through. I'm happy my message resonated in a way that was helpful. That's really meaningful.to hear. Just keep at it, dude. Take your time. One step after the next. Just like you said, a little bit of something every day adds up to something remarkable over your life.
It took a few months of me logging my intermittent fasting to gather enough data in order to realize that I thrive and also burn fat on a consistent daily 18:6 hour IF. 16:8 is enough to keep me maintained. The point is it was through consistent trial and error that taught me what my best strategy was for me. So, don't ever get discouraged when you fail because your failures will be your greatest teachers.
If you had to do a set A day and B day for the rest of your life without changing, what push variation, pull variation, and leg variation would you do on each of the days? 🤔
My new years resolution is doing at least 50 pushups every day of 2025. It is fairly easy throughout the day, it doesn't take much time and I am currently just doing 10-15 for each set but my plan is to increase the difficulty/amount in a set throughout the year. All in good form! As I got significantly stronger over the last year, my main issue is not doing lifts regulary and hence getting stuck at the 15-20 pushups in one set barrier. My arms are personally almost big enough for my taste as a beginner but it is mostly just puff and not real strength. Your body (or 75% of it) is the end goal. Have a good start in the year KBoges. (also where do you live? your background just looks beautiful and always sunny weather haha. When I look out it is the polar oppsite lol)
Absolutely love your content. I implement it in my own coaching for mountaineering. Calisthenics build the base of my regiment, but what are your thoughts on other basic moves like the KB swing and farmer walks? Are they something you include? Thanks!
I'm a big fan of both of those. I do not do swings, but I've done a lot of farmers walks in the past. They are absolutely legi and can make you properly strong.
I love your channel! I follow your Daily template next to judo and would love to know what you would suggest if I didn't have a pull-up bar. I only do hundreds of push-ups and squats.
Great stuff! It all means nothing if you blow it shortly after achieving your goal. And that’s only possible if your training and diet is sustainable. It’s about the process and lifestyle, not the end result! That will come naturally if you dedicate yourself to consistency.
Always my problem was sweets and sparkling drinks. Everything else with the training is great but this factor is huge and im starting to getting the hang of it
This is the best way to get fit and healthy indeed ! Find a training method you can stay consistent with for years, adapt it along the journey, and results will come, trust the process ! Discipline is everything 💪
Going from 50 years as a "Barbell Boy" training very heavy and having my joints cry for mercy to a sustainable method for the rest of the years is a great plan. Although I am very experienced in 'weight training' I look forward to a whole new approach towards health and fitness. PS. What is the second exercise you are doing (out of the video frame) between the pull-up sets. Keep the videos coming!! Have a great 2025!!
Dude... You are so right and I apologize. I was seriously under the weather during this recording and I actually had to re-record some of my stuff because I looked and sounded terrible... I was a bit out of it but did my best and totally overlooked it. I won't miss it next time. HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🙏
Man I just love your videos. Motivated to start working out regularly again. I think I have a more mature approach now. In the past it was more about being big, and while now I still want to bulk up & be bigger, I think I mostly want to work out regularly to be fit, healthy, overall just feel better & for better mental health. I lost all my strength due to laziness & excuses man, it's sad. I have to learn push-ups & pull-ups from scratch, all over again. At almost 30 years old. But baby steps, right? Thanks for the videos & cheers from Poland 😁
hey K boges, firstly, gratitude for what you have shared with us on this channel , you've made the world a better place ! I have watch a lot of your videos and i never heard your thoughts about jump squat and jump lunges although you talked a lot about squat and lunges. Maybe for the next videos you could share your opinion on these. Peace and please excuse my rusty english
Hey Kyle, You have been the single greatest influence on my training since I ever started. Am planning on hitting the elusive 20 pull ups in one set milestone this year (can do 12 reps now). How would you recommend training for it?
I'm working on a program to help people get there. Shoot me an email (put pull ups in the subject header) and you can run it to see how it works for you.
Been following you for a long time and I'm absolutely love your training style ! Hoping to he coached by you to gain more experience. Please notify me ASAP if you are available, I'll be thrilling. 😊
So happy you love it dude! Definitely. I'm working on some new course material for the subscription but I will definitely get personal clients going again. Thank you for the support!
@Kboges Good to hear that! I'm also waiting for the new content from the subscription. There is no better New Year's gift than being coached by my favorite content creator 🔥
@@saishankar4328yeah I train a few reps shy of failure. I recover in the other 23.5 hours of the day. So if you can do 10 pull ups for a max, you should be able to do a set or 2 of 7 or 8 reps and be ok the next day. If not, that’s just a general fitness issue you could address assuming you aren’t sick or something. But just about anyone can do that. It’s not hard at all by design.
Your foolproof calisthenics template really changed my life. It was straightforward and easy to follow, and it created a strong foundation for me. I appreciate the informative content you provide, it motivated me to make similar type of fitness videos (it would be cool if you could check them out!). I want you to know how much of an inspiration you are to me and how your content drastically changed my life for the better, thank you so much and happy new year!
I’ve done all the fad stuff, from the 80s and 90s, took a couple of decades off and now back at it my my yard with a bar and rings and have never had back and arms like this. Keeping it simple and a part of everyday life is key.
Thanks a lot for answering!! What’s your daily dedicated cardio (besides your daily calisthenics training and besides being very active in life)? Run for half hour or one hour? Or walk on a incline treadmill or elliptical for one hour? Thanks again! :) 🤜🤛
It almost made me shudder as you kicked off the warning about the next year and as you know I really love your videos bro. This one honestly sounded like a call to settle/ lower your standards 😅. Anyway I d rather shoot for the moon even if I missed.... peace and love 🎉
I feel ya, but think about it like this…Having a goal of staying consistent for life is arguably the most ambitious goal you can pursue. This isnt a call to lower your standard; it’s a call to pursue the ultimate standard: lifelong consistent training 💪
Sir you don’t know how helpful these videos are. Can you talk about form more because the fitness industry always makes that confusing too? E.g. pushup form or even something as small as “how to engage core”
Thank you brother! I truly appreciate the offer. When the channel picked up steam, I decided to turn down all interviews and podcasts… I’m a reluctant social media user and I want to keep my online presence limited to the short little 2-3 minutes TH-cam videos on the channel. If something changes in the future, I will definitely let you know. As for now, I just want a simple life, to teach training, and just be a regular guy instead without a huge digital presence. Thank you though and I appreciate your support and willingness to have me on! Feel free to reach out anytime if there is a way you think I can help.

Lee, that is amazing and extremely well said.
So true and very well said. That hits the nail on the head.
Started following this man during the pandemic and still here keeping it real and sustainable.
Nothing can stop us from being strong 💪🏻❤
Cheers brother
What I like is that this mentality can be applied to anything - like practicing an instrument, for instance, or meditation; do what you can sustainably do, even if it seems very small, and progress will be inevitably made over time
I love your knowledge, everytime you post a new video i try to watch it as fast as i can.
I appreciate that very much! Thank you for watching!
Well done! That’s the way to do it. Stay with it and it will transform you. Always feel free to reach out if you have any questions. 💪
High frequency low intensity*
@@chitraakshbandral4309 no, high frequency low volume means instead of doing 6 set thrice a week i do 3 sets each day of week so i have less pain , i burn good amount of calorie each day and as i grow strong with consistency i can increase no of sets .
Been following Kyle for a few years now. To me all of these videos are meaningful outlines and one could write a paper on the nuances of all the points. These videos are super deep. When I listen to one multiple times I’ll get more from it each time.
You convinced me to start doing daily high rep body weight squats…
Now I have great conditioning and my legs blew up. TY sir.
Heck yeah, Tony! Aren’t they awesome?💪
I find bodyweight squats harder than doing the squat rack!
Hey Kyle,
thanks for your awesome work.
Same :) focusing on the basics feels way more realistic to pursue through the year than anything else
Great stuff, man!
boges dropping another masterclass.. love to see it! simplicity is key 🔑 optimal doesn’t always mean better if you can’t even stick to it.. much love all the way from 🏴
Thank you for your consistently inspiring content.
That last bit was a great way to put it. Thanks for that one.
Well done! That’s the way, brother!💪
Lucky us
Bless you again from italy
Grazie, fratello!
Thank you, Benny! Happy new year.
My paddling has been insane and I feel like I’m about to take those beatings better when caught in the inside on bigger/heavier days.
ladders are my go to way to train!
These days I just automatically "like" all of these videos as soon as they begin, because I already know what the quality of the content will be. Keep up the good work brother. 🙏🏻🤘🏻
Ah man, thank you for that. I appreciate it very much. I hope this one didn't disappoint.
Stay Consistent, Stay in your Lane, Stay Overload in the training 💪
Well said
Thanks K boges! Happy new year!
Hey huhhuhhuh! Happy new year!
Yes! I love this! One year later I feel great, gained muscle 💪, and lost fat. Thanks brother! 👍🙏👊🤙
I promote you and your channel all of the time.
Nice job, Leonard! You are doing it right. I'm excited to get the same message from you this time next year. 💪
Been consistent with calisthenics for about a month now & it’s the best thing that has happened to me to make me feel mentally and physically better, thanks to your videos and philosophy w/ training!
Happy New Year. Love the content. Keep up the good work. You're absolutely right & to echo Lee's comment, the goal is to train.
Happy new year!
I'm gonna borrow Lee's saying there (with credit to him of course).
Just what I needed to hear Bodges, you always have something relevant to say
Thanks for listening!
The most elite fitness channel on TH-cam.
No fluff. Focused direction ✨️
Thank you, brother. Happy New Year!
Starting off the new year injury free and focused on sustainable training with results.
Best of luck to you! Feel free to reach out if you ever need any help.
Last question I swear 😂😂😂
What is your best advice for clients with chronic shoulder pain???(Shoulder friendly variations, types of rehab, strengthening exercises, etc.) Whenever I start to make consistent progress with daily push up, pull up, and leg variations I always run into issues where my left shoulder starts to hurt bad again and it sets me back and stops my progress. It is so frustrating 😫
Oh man it’s a tough one to say because there are some practical considerations many potential causes of shoulder pain. Think of the pain as a symptom of many potential pathologies. Your best bet is to go to a a good PT and get a professional assessment.
@@Kboges okay thanks man 🙏🏼
easily my favorite fitness channel.
short, no fluff, informational and motivational videos.
I appreciate that very much!
So true. Spot on and thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience with us!
K Boges speaks so much sense ❤
Glad it connects! Thank you for watching!
i've got the luck of starting my "resolution" even before the new year, and besides some minor setbacks related to a gym that isn't cooperative with me, i'm carrying myself, sustainability first
turns out making the workout fun (martial arts, beat saber, jumprope) gives even more reason to just do, and the endorphins after are always worth it
Could you do a video on functionality for life? Like specific exercises and possibly diet. I just turned 30 and have been in good shape my whole teen and adult life. But at this point I have seen so many older people who did not take care of their bodies and can barely do everyday things like bending down to pick something up or simply moving around without hurting. I want to be the guy that is hitting a pull up bar when I’m 70 and older but I want to do the right things before then to be strong, functional, and to avoid injury. Love your videos bro!
Happy New Year! I'm looking forward to another year of you sharing insight, motivation and knowledge 🙏
Happy New Year! Thank you for the support! But wishes to you and your family.
You are WAY ahead of then curve. This didn't click for me until I was about 30.
Happy new year wish you peace and good health
Happy New Year! Same to you, brother!
hey, subscribed to you a long while ago but ur vids stopped appearing, great to see you in my recommended again, unfortunately I am re-starting the fitness journey, but I'll save the channel this time to get more tips along the way haha, great content man, keep it up.
@@Kboges Absolutely man. I appreciate it. Keep doing all you do for the community!
Excellent technique and execution can make an average program achieve exceptional results. Consistency is everything. Happy New Year Kyle.
Beautifully said!!!
Happy new year!
I appreciate that you take more of a "first pronciples" approach that doesnt rely on tricks or hype. 👍🏼
Happy New Year! This is so underrated but hits home!
Happy new year!
Perfect. Prioritise sustainability. Always.
There is no other way to go about it!
Thank you, Kit! 🙏
@@Kboges I will add that "there's no other way to go about it" *that works*. Kyle, your stuff just works.
If you had to do a set A day and B day for the rest of your life without changing, what push variation, pull variation, and leg variation would you do on each of the days? 🤔
Hmm... great question. A) Paused rep push ups, paused reps pull up, and horse stance... B) Decline cinder block push up, dead-stop pull up, BW Squat
@ thanks man. Great choices. Surprised no chin ups though 👀
@@kavanjakuba613 Hahaha yeah man at this point, I don't do a whole lot of chins. I like them still but I don't need 'em.
For me consistency is key. I will continue the same as in the past and as always changing up my routine as well. Thank you for this New Years message.
Keep at it and best of luck to you. Happy new year.
Sir, thank you.
Thank you for watching!
For sure 👌🏾this is what I preach that’s why I like ‘this man no gym needed🤙🏾💪🏾Hell Yea
I love your channel! I follow your Daily template next to judo and would love to know what you would suggest if I didn't have a pull-up bar. I only do hundreds of push-ups and squats.
Grab a pair or rings and a doorway anchor. Start hammering ring rows and jack knife pull ups. Bother are absolutely legit.
Everything else with the training is great but this factor is huge and im starting to getting the hang of it
This is a gold standard advice Kyle! Happy New Year! Hope you and your family prosper like never before! Cheers❤
Thank you, dude. You as well!🙏
This is the best way to get fit and healthy indeed ! Find a training method you can stay consistent with for years, adapt it along the journey, and results will come, trust the process ! Discipline is everything 💪
100% correct on all points!
i wish this message had gone viral, consistency is always nr1
It really is dude.
Thinking of trading out some of my pull ups sets fir inverted rows; hoping that doing both can increase my pull up count/back activation.
How dare you not wish us a happy new year Kyle 😤
Dude... You are so right and I apologize. I was seriously under the weather during this recording and I actually had to re-record some of my stuff because I looked and sounded terrible... I was a bit out of it but did my best and totally overlooked it. I won't miss it next time.
HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🙏
@@Kboges all good brotha I was just kidding. Happy new year to you too man!! 😁
Happy New Year! ❤
Happy New Year!
hey K boges, firstly, gratitude for what you have shared with us on this channel , you've made the world a better place !
I have watch a lot of your videos and i never heard your thoughts about jump squat and jump lunges although you talked a lot about squat and lunges. Maybe for the next videos you could share your opinion on these.
Peace and please excuse my rusty english

Hey Kyle,
You have been the single greatest influence on my training since I ever started. Am planning on hitting the elusive 20 pull ups in one set milestone this year (can do 12 reps now). How would you recommend training for it?
I'm working on a program to help people get there. Shoot me an email (put pull ups in the subject header) and you can run it to see how it works for you.
@@KbogesSure I will. Thanks.

I went from 240 and fat to 200 fit fat , 1 pull up, to 165 abs, and 10 clean pull-ups, next goal 155 ripped and 15+ pulls
🤯👏 dude!!! That is absolutely incredible. Well done, brother! Keep us posted on how you do. That is incredibly inspiring.
Can you make video on your personal daily workout routine
Yeah it’s simple. I do a few hard sets of pushes, pulls and legs daily. Some morning cardio and some pre-bed stretches. Nothing fancy.
@@Kboges Do hard sets daily? 🙄
When do you recover? 🙄
@@Kboges Ok 👍 Let me try that 😄
@@saishankar4328shoot me an email or join the community if you have any questions. It’s a simple way to train and it works very well.

A year from now you will have wish you started today. Small improvements today turn into big results in the future.
That is such a great way to put it. Spot on!
Amazing video Kyle I needed this. How would you eat/approach nutrition daily if you wanted to get below 10% body fat before summer?
I’ve done all the fad stuff, from the 80s and 90s, took a couple of decades off and now back at it my my yard with a bar and rings and have never had back and arms like this. Keeping it simple and a part of everyday life is key.
I love hearing stories like this. Thank you so much for sharing!
Thanks a lot for answering!! What’s your daily dedicated cardio (besides your daily calisthenics training and besides being very active in life)? Run for half hour or one hour? Or walk on a incline treadmill or elliptical for one hour? Thanks again! :) 🤜🤛
Happy new year 🎉
Happy new year!
@Kboges gotta🙏
Sir you don’t know how helpful these videos are. Can you talk about form more because the fitness industry always makes that confusing too? E.g. pushup form or even something as small as “how to engage core”
Thank you! It's on the list. There is a lot to address there but I will definitely give it some thought before I do.
Love your work for years now Kyle. Would you be interested in coming onto my talk show as a guest?
Thank you brother! I truly appreciate the offer. When the channel picked up steam, I decided to turn down all interviews and podcasts… I’m a reluctant social media user and I want to keep my online presence limited to the short little 2-3 minutes TH-cam videos on the channel. If something changes in the future, I will definitely let you know. As for now, I just want a simple life, to teach training, and just be a regular guy instead without a huge digital presence. Thank you though and I appreciate your support and willingness to have me on! Feel free to reach out anytime if there is a way you think I can help.
