How big of a difference did the larger tires and lift kit make power wise?

It makes a big difference ... I dont know about this truck personally. I recently put 20×10 w/305/55 amp terrain attacks and I lost about 30% power. But still a bone stock 5.9 .... Gain back that power with headers , exhaust, electric fans , ect...
