It's pretty challenging. If I had to use the lavatory, I would have to wake them up to get by. I didn't want to wake up my seatmate, so I only stepped into the aisle if they were up and about.
To my knowledge, they were only able to acquire temporary slots at JFK. I would love to see United Airlines return at some point in the near future. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try this route!

I took the 767 instead of 757 but one time I took the B777

Yes, these seats go into a fully lie-flat position.

Yes, the 757s are really nicevto fly on. A few years further back United use to have a 3 cabin set up on the old PS Service on the older 757s.

interesting they are retrofitting without the new polaris seat... smh seems like a missed opportunity, but they'll be retiring these soon so I get it.

Someone help explain why lax to ewr has club access but hnl to ewr doesn’t
It looks like EWR-HNL is sold as a First Class fare, while EWR-LAX is sold as a Business Class fare.
How easy is it to get out if you are in a window seat and the seat mate is fully reclined?
