Source for bubble caps being more efficient than perf plates? Because all the literature and pro reports I've seen disagree. Bubble caps inherently have a much larger turn down ratio and are thus more flexible but are typically no more efficient. Good vid though, cheers.

You are right and a good point.
I feel that on large scale, continuous still perforated plates, sieve plates or valve trays are better. For home and hobby distilling I found bubble caps work better. You have to use what works for you!
