That's a pretty quick recovery as it looks like you're putting force and full body weight through the muscle already. Must have been a tear more towards the minor/ medium end of the scale.

Even my forehand has lost its touch but I'll slowly work on it as I recover.

@@thecat4272 I can only hope that it is minor - the calf feels very tight still.
Sprinting is still not a possibility
