Ordained to be a father? We have one Father and He isn’t on earth. He’s in Heaven. Arrogance abounds from your video. It’s not about YOU anyway. It’s all about Jesus!!
How about simply saying you’re here to glorify GOD and you are a willing servant to do His will to glorify HIM, not yourself.

I’ll pass on the Bible in a year with Mike. I’ve seen enough self inflation in this short video. Don’t need any more.
I’ll stick with the humility of Jesus Christ in scripture over this Mike persons oozing pride and ego. Very off-putting.

@@onlyimagine4 ok your choice to pass on the Bible.
Rather rude of you to call him names and judge him. Did not Christ forbid us from judging hearts?
I see his compassion and desire to spread the Word of God, with accuracy and love.
What do you know about him?
Have you walked a mile in his shoes, have you met him personally to judge him proud? Have you spend a great deal of time reading the entire Bible with historical context, and reached millions who had never read it before in their lives, how many people have you brought to Christ?
Yes, Jesus was humble. Remind me of the names His enemies called Him? Probably thought He oozed with pride and ego for claiming to be God, teaching the Word of God, no?

Ordained to be a father? We have one Father and He isn’t on earth. He’s in Heaven. Arrogance abounds from your video. It’s not about YOU anyway. It’s all about Jesus!!
How about simply saying you’re here to glorify GOD and you are a willing servant to do His will to glorify HIM, not yourself.

      “Someone has taught you shit?”
Do the bishops teach you to evangelize using swear words or did you succumb to anger and pride causing you to swear?
It’s OK if two people disagree theologically, CatholicDefender. No need to cuss just because another believer in Jesus Christ has differing views from you. Count to 10 next time. Maybe you’ll be able to respond without swearing.
”And call none your father upon earth; for one is your Father, who is in heaven. St Matthew‬ ‭23‬:‭9‬, ‭23‬ ‭DRC1752‬‬
Paul NEVER asked to be called Father Paul. When studying context of the Bible, we learn God commands us not to give the TITLE of Father to anyone but Him as there is ONE FATHER and He’s in Heaven.
Paul is a spiritual father to Timothy and Titus. Neither referred him to as Father Paul as we call our Heavenly Father, Father God.
      Huge difference.

A sacrament dispenser is a beautiful thing. We should move away from this boomer obsession with avoiding anything remotely mechanical about our faith in favor of vague descriptions

It saddens me seeing young priests. To be in todays knowledge of religion and philosophy yet still fall to a false myth.

Today's knowledge of religion and philosophy?
      You're kidding, right?
Current philosophy is hopelessly hostage to postmodernism, the tired, dusty, 19-century Marxist dialectic of oppressor and oppressed, and a refusal to acknowledge objective truth.
*That* is nothing to base your life on.

Maybe God could have helped him with this. I am fairly certain all of “priesthood“ does not come in a text book. Glad he is happier now.

Guess that is why the Catholic church as a whole does not encourage its members to read Gods Word the Bible ! Why ? Maybe because praying to Mary is no where mentioned in the Bible or confessing your sins to a priest mentioned as well etc !

The Holy Mass is Biblical from the beginning to the end.
Plus, we do not pray to Mary. We ask her for her intercession. Like the way Abraham prayed for Abimelech (Genesis 20:17-18) or the way you would ask a loved one to pray for you.
Let us not judge without doing thorough research.
We praise the same living God, in a broken world we should stand hand in hand and fight the good fight united.
