Is hunger just automatically replenished after every night? I feel like that can get iffy if you're playing alone because you can just end the day there and get more hunger 😂
@@doveplaylists you always replenish your hunger at the end of every round. AGS is right though when you do that, you have to reveal a mob which will bring on the endgame sooner.
@@GiekTheNabboPerPassione there was no definitive answer from the designer but the opinion from other people from reading the rules too was that items can’t be shared.
Thanksfor the video! If I understand it correctly, there is no obligation to fight the mobs, right? After reading the rules I thought you need to fight the mobs if there are two or more of the same kind. But it's not true, right?
@@poockoo you don’t have to no. If a mob comes out and it’s already in the row they keep coming out until a new unique mob is revealed though so it definitely is needed to help you win and not be overrun.
@thediceyreview but how do you determine that you're overrun if the game over card is eventually going to be revealed either way? Do you replenish the stack? Or is there a maximum of mobs you can have displayed?
@@doveplaylists I think "being overrun" is the concept of not clearing out monsters soon enough and this provokes ending the game sooner (and losing it). If a type of monster already exists you have to take another one off the pile, but what happens when all of the types are already on the table? .. you keep on putting monster cards until game over appears... you're overrun.. you lose. If you clear monsters well enough during the game, the monster pile depletes slower and the game lasts longer: you're not overrun.. you'll hopefully eventually fill the chests before game over and you win. You can still lose without being overrun though.
Thank you for the clear overview!
@@WouterCordewiner absolutely thanks so much for the kind words!
Thank you! The rules on that where on the paper that was in the game was confusing. Thank for clearing things up:)

I know like why do they have to be so confusing

How can u play it as a single player is it the same?
@@vamplay6414 it plays exactly the same, you just take one turn after the next. You’ll have less total cards in the mod stack.
Great how to video for a new game.

This video appears to be really well edited! I hope the instructions are perfectly correct!
This game is so good man it gotta get an addon bruh!
@@Shriek750altaccount yep it’s a fun one for sure. I was a big fan of the designer’s other games which led me to this one.

Sure, but that will reveal a mob and accelerate the end of the game, I believe

Can players give share their items (like giving my sword or trophie to the other player to do stuff)?
@@Dicis11 that’s a good question! I don’t know the answer so I’m going to post on BGG and see if I can clarify. I’ll follow up!
Hi! News about? Thanks!
@@GiekTheNabboPerPassione there was no definitive answer from the designer but the opinion from other people from reading the rules too was that items can’t be shared.
Doesn't say but I would say yes since it's a co-op game where it's rather we all win or all lose
Hey, is using the special item cards cost hunger?
I don’t believe so, usually the items will just give you a one time ability or discount on mining/fighting actions.
