@@jp8239 It was more around Maynard not liking to play the song after his mom died in 2003. They only did it a handful of times live until between 2003-2010.
Maynard fucking SLAYED it. Shame they didn't play Judith during their summer EU tour, but I'm glad someone else got to hear it. At least we had Feathers!

Prayag Patel he is one of the greatest singers of our time. Can he still scream? Not too positive about that....every time Tool performs the Grudge there's a big empty spot live every time.
@@nuke97 Apparently, Tool's tours are longer and more exhaustive than APC's - also, I'm not sure, but I feel he enjoys more singing in APC than in Tool -, so he's gotta hold himself back a little more so his voice can last through them.
I almost went to voodoo fest for just them but shit happened and I just ended up not going.I kinda regret but then I'm hoping they come around again to Louisiana.
Tim Harrison You see that guy with the crazy hair all the way in the lower left of the screen, by the girl jumping up and down? That guy's dressed as Rick from Rick and Morty. I was directly beside him and was talking to him before the performance started.
I’ll never understand why they don’t play Judith much anymore. I would say maybe it brings up thoughts of his mother, but a good chunk of Tool & APC songs bring up his mom, so that’s just odd. Maynard still sounds great though.
The spear was put in my side and we'll the other thing you claimed she never did she eventually did. Her soul sister who healed her, her mom and took her out of the darkness.
Josh freese is on a lnothet level than this dude. New apc sucks and this new lineup def sucks. Ruining old songs with just billy on guitar now and thes new guys don’t even compare to twiggy Paz Troy James and Josh. Lame. Saw them in 2003 when they were good. Maynard can still sing tho
Maynard still has it and anytime hear these songs I still get chills!!
I heard Maynard sing this song back in 2004 and still sounds awesome almost 20 years later
Holy shit I thought they stopped playing this live. Noice 👌
Zombie Jäger So did I!!!! Until I saw it live in Madison tonight!
I'd be disappointed if I went to an APC show and they didn't play it.

The best spell song ever❤love it🎶🎵🎼🤘

Okay now im hyped for the new tool album because Maynards voice hasn't gone anywhere
He is definitely in a better shape than a few years ago !
I assumed they stopped playing this because it was too much on Maynard's vocals. I'm glad he's proven me wrong!
I assumed they stopped playing it because it's about his mother that was paralyzed since he was 9.
@@Syncopated_ since he was 11, not 9.
@@im_in_immense_pain yeah I know, but for some reason I didn’t know that 2 years ago apparently.
@@Syncopated_ lmao 2 years of learning
I fuvking love this song!!
I'm surprised Maynard belted out the scream at the end!
nuke97 maynard is a god of course he can still scream 😂😂😂

@@nuke97since 2022 he’s been back to doing the screams. ever since FI came out it feels like maynard is actually having fun with tool again
He still got it
Maynard sounds amazing here , reminds me of late 90's Maynard
One of my favourites!!
He played Judith first in Houston on Saturday 10/27 at buzzfest.
Maricela Aguilera he played it on there first show in salt lake ;)
@@tickletoot7806 well whoever wrote that article is way wrong
Excelente sonido 🔊
They did amazing in Madison yesterday

I miss Paz
This is some high quality vid, what was this recorded with??
Samsung Galaxy S8 on 4k mode
@@vacherieinvades and they still believe that DSLR is way better than smartphone, so we can't get them in
@@jean-pierreguisiano6558 4K just takes a lot of space and more battery. It’s ok for a track or two but not a whole set.
Maynard's voice only gets better with age
#1
Wish they didn't only play this at festivals.
toby56 they have been playing it the whole tour
Hey, I was standing about 5-10 feet to the left of you lol

Guitar hero 6 forever
He's preparing for a new Tool album in 2025...
pee wee new album in August😂😂❤️
Well just waiting for 3 libras studio version and not the shit remix for be again that powerful APC on live
Wow, the lightshow on this one sucks big time. Such a great track and they light it so bad. Sound is really good.

Paz did the baseline so much better back in the day

Good show. I’m not epileptic but you should have put a epilepsy warning before it started. Especially for the beginning of the song
Nice & steady video. My only complaint are the surrounding dudes who seem to think they're Maynard. 🙄 Pipe down and let me hear my God, damn it!
tell me if u were there, u wouldnt be singing along! come on!
maybe its a good thing u stay at home and watch the concerts via youtube!...what fan complains about other fans singing along? sing along or stfu!
lmao no cell phones. Did Maynard ban them?
i see a lot of screens held up
Depression Cherry he told the crowd it was cool to record for the last song
it doesn’t normally apply at festivals but if it’s maynard’s concert the phone needs to stay put away until the last song
Dead crowd
Only wished he performed like this with tool😔
He does, he performed part of me from opiate in a gig in early 2020. Dude still can still go hard

I agree. The new guys are so boring and it’s just not the same.
