I'm 21 male, 6'1 ft tall, but I'm 118 KG (obese). I was never fit to begin with, but even when I weighed 100 KG, I got attention from women, at that point I also sort of had pretty boy-ish looks. I'm not the best looking guy, but let's say if you take all the guys in my college I'd rank in the top 20 from maybe a few 100 male students. To give you some background, I'm an Indian guy, but I'm not really Indian. Let me explain. My family descended from the Persians and Turks that had migrated to India hundreds of years ago, I'm also guessing I have some euro ancestry as my great great grandmothers were blonde women. My mother looks like a white woman, not Nordic white, but Greek/Italian white, and my father looks like a Persian/Arab guy. Both my parents were very good looking when they were younger. I am pretty fair skinned as well, I could easily pass off as a Spanish/Greek or some other dark haired white ethnicity. Me looking the way I do, has given me an edge, over others, especially ethnic looking guys. So yeah, by no means am I a bad looking guy, but I can improve A LOT. Life has blessed me and I don't wanna waste it. All that aside let's get into my issues.
In the last 2 years, skin also looks much more aged, face looks swollen and tired and I look more like a grown man...in a bad way. That glow factor on my face has gone away. I don't know if this aging is just because of the fat gain and if it's temporary or permanent. Please let me know if you know anything about this.
Short term goals (3-6 months to accomplish)
1. I will be focusing on reducing my weight, mainly by water fasting, the total duration of my water fast will be anywhere from 30 days to 50 days, depending on how soon I get to my goal weight. I plan to lose 30 KGS thru this. That'll bring me to the 85-90 KG range. And to all those wondering if this is safe, from my research is it safe, but do your own research.
2. I have currently noticed my hair is thinning on my temples, so I will be looking into minoxidil + micro needling. The minoxidil will be in a topical form and not a pill, as I've heard the pill can sometimes wreck your life thru horrible side effects.
3. I will be starting a simple skin routine with a face wash, moisturizer and a retinoid to begin with. That's all for this.
Long term goals (3-5+ years)
1. MSE/SARPE treatment to expand upper jaw
2. Bimax surgery to get a more forward grown face and a wider airway.
3. Minor rhinoplasty to refine the tip of my nose and maybe some eye aesthetic surgery to enhance my eyes, although my eyes aren't bad at all, they're semi hunter, almond shaped eyes, they're not O'prys, but they get the job done, especially if I squint a tiny bit.
The MSE and Bimax is not just because of my whims, but because I really need them, especially the Bimax as it'll solve my short face/retracted mandible issue.
This will take a considerable amount of money.
Please do let me know if you guys have any opinions on this and if u have any advice.
i just read the entire thing cause I was bored. There is no way you should be looking aged in your early 20s. There is something in your lifestyle that is off (bloat or too much drugs/alcohol , you can figure it out)
