    I'm basically starting where you did. I'm getting a 2021 x3 m40i with under 40k miles for about 40k. Trading in my 330D touring, and will absolutely miss it

    A brave person to buy a beamer with that mileage.

      The b58 is one of the most reliable motors bmw has ever built...this car still has a ton of life in it

      @@OV3NM1TT still alot of mileage for that year. Must of gotten a killer discount.

    Your channel is a great basis for the true reliability and joy that the B58 brings to the table. Seems like the Germans finally got it right! Congrats on the new EV mate, cheers.

    Did the shocks wear out after 100k miles? Did you notice a difference?

    I put 280000km (174000mls) in 4 years from new on my Tesla model 3 and 0$ spent on maintenance and i thought its a lot, and never thought BMW can do it without braking... I had X5 from 169000km to 202000km and brake a lot, but was best car to drive.

      Actually was thinking to get used with 20000km X3 before tesla, but nah and never regret

    Nooooo…. It was fun driving that car with you to the salt lake flats… let’s do it again with the new car!

    Before I get to the end of the video... you bought a tesla didn't you...
    Edit: Close but not quite haha. That Ioniq 5 N looks pretty beastly of an electric car but I would never go electric willfully.... lol

    I think it’s wild one of the reasons for trading in is reliability and ability to afford large repairs. Jsut for you to buy an ev. Battery gonna be huge to replace when, not if, it goes

    • @ZachEgbert
      @ZachEgbert  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The bmw was insanely reliable! I only had one $15 part fail in the whole 3 years I owned it. And the EV is a lease with a warranty, so I’m not worried about anything with that!

    • @loweredyote8416
      @loweredyote8416 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ZachEgbert yeah I saw that part towards the end. Hearing what you said has me genuinely considering an ev. I only commute 7-8 miles to work so I’d have to charge it every 2-3 weeks probably. I’m still set more on an m40. Jsut gonna suck if a battery fails and you’re without a car for weeks or months

    Nooooo way!!! Your channel has made me set up a purchase of a 2019 x3 m40i literally this weekend and now you’re getting rid of it!!
    Looking at one owner with 82k & no warranty (is that stupid?)

    • @ZachEgbert

      Im sorry!! It was time to let it go sadly 😔 As long as the maintenance has been kept up well it should be fine! If you don’t drive as much as I do you should have a lot of life left in it! I’m glad my videos have been helpful so far!

    VW... (Facepalm)... You will very soon miss your old BMW seeing how buggy the VW's firmware is. I've been driving VW for the last 10 years. Went for Audi test drive lately.. tested Q7 & Q8 and all the problems that I've been struggling with on my old car were still there (i.e. cameras not starting up, parking sensors not activating automatically when expected, BT not connecting - actually almost crashed Q8 on the test drive due to the parking sensors bug on the parking lot in front of the dealer XD). Never ever going to buy VW again. These days they are built worse than the cheapest Chevy. Unless you don't care for the material & built quality you are going to turn that toy back sooner than this X3 :P but yeah...good luck and hope you enjoy it 😊

      Yeah he’s gonna be getting rid of it fast unless he gets lucky. But he is also trapped into a lease

    Dude you've put so much weight on how much you've spent on gas..as if you wouldn't have spent it on another vehicle. I find it to be extremely odd. You talk about how the x3 gets good gas mileage, yet you act like saying this big number after 100k miles in gas is a big deal? Love the channel, that's just been driving me a bit crazy lol im guessing you're going to go electric or hybrid. And this is just you justifying it over and over lol.
