Domain expansion is the height of jujutsu (curse energy usage). Curses , jujutsu sorcerers etc use curse techniques so it's the height they can achieve.
Domains have nothing to do with being a curse or not. It’s a high level technique that you may or may not acquired depending on your cursed technique. Some CT don’t have Domains.
This was the first episode directed by session 1 director Shungo Park because he couldn't be involved in ep 1 because he was still very involved in the production of God of Highschool. And from this eps on, Park starts to animate a ridiculous amount himself.

Main Characters Shown Till Now: 1) Yuji Itadori ( The Main Character).He has a Strong Body and he is a hand to hand fighter. 2) Nobara Kugisaki, that bob cut brown Haired Girl .Her Curse Technique is called Straw Doll Technique.... 3) Megumi Fushiguro , that black haired Guy..His Cursed Technique is called Ten shadows Technique where can summon shikigami.. The Shikigami he had summon till now are: 1) Divine Dogs( those Black and white Wolf like Dogs).. 2) Nue ( that bird that can release Electricity) 3) Toad ( that frog like Shikigamo that rescue Nobara. 4) Great Serpent (that gaint snake That sukuna destroyed)....
JOGO is actually very strong, base on the estimate, he was around 8-9 fingers of sukuna's strength, so that's around 40-45% Sukuna's strength, he just looks weak against GOJO, since he is the current strongest sorcerer alive.
Aswell as the other stuff, curse techniques and domains come easier to cursed spirits than sorcerers, but the strongest sorcerers are stronger than the strongest curses as the tradeoff.
Jujutsu Sorcery has two technical school where Student & sorcerer can learn about jujutsu and can help fight against curse spirit. There are two school Present: 1) Tokyo Jujutsu Technical School( Tokyo Is the capital of Japan) 2) Kyoto Jujutsu Technical School ( Kyoto was the old capital of japan and it has many historic Structures)..... There are three Division of students in those school. 1) The 1st Year Students 2) The 2nd Year Students 3) The 3rd Year Students. And for those student there are Teacher who help those student to learn Jujutsu...
Domain expansion can theoreticaly done by anyone with a technique sense its a barrier infused with your technique any thing eless explained would be a spoiler

We don't have anything like a patreon right now. any one with a ct have innate domains, most sorcerers just aren't talented enough to master it.
