Jake is really growing at a rapid rate and I'm happy to see it. Ashley and Miriam have really made such a positive influence on Jake and he's using what he learned to help someone else in need. I had a theory where Aiden meets the most important people to him by initially hating on them.
Aiden hated James with so much intensity at first, now he's his lover.
Aiden hated Jake with every fiber of his being, now they were on the road to becoming besties.

After this episode, the Jake VS Ally finale seems even more likely to happen: two insecure characters taking different paths and maybe being entrusted, respectively, by Connor and Riya.
Fun fact: the Yellow team outnumbered the others despite having the most dysfunctional cohesion ever.
I want Connor to win since he has always been my favorite, but I think that would be really good. I wonder if they will have it so she realizes what she was doing or she does another victim card and says everyone is after her for no reason.

The complete role reversal that Jake and Ally have had this season is astounding. Ally being a pawn for everyone to use, while Jake is actually being a loyal ally.

The writers cooked with this one. Jake is definitely a popular character, but y’all did so well introducing and developing his conflicts. That’s hard to do, especially when there’s a lot of fan favorites. Aiden’s elimination was sad to see but also super satisfying, especially since his character arc concluded this episode. Can’t wait to see how Jake and everyone else develops!
So far loving the conflict between Riya Connor and Riya. Grett being an unknown threat is also very threatening and adds so much tension, which I love for her.
Wouldn't mind seeing Grett win it all.

Jake might improved a little, but he's still very far from being a complete changed boy. Ally isn't like him at all. She never acted dramatically or hypocritically. She never even tried to guilt trip by bringing up close people by her willing. Only Jake did that to her to begin with, and that's what caused to snap and counterattack him.

Grett was so great in this episode! She gagged everyone with her questions and her development is awesome! I'm glad Ally is doing stuff for herself now. None of the heroes there have been treating her well and its all just been about Jake and Conners problems. High hopes for the rest of her character dev like they've been doing for the others.

Ever since the merge, it just feels that every elimination (on one hand is a shock) truly makes sense with multiple storylines merging together and emerging away to complete each character’s all-star arc.. it just gets better and better towards the finale!

I love how grett found self worth in her strength and we go the gay bsf friendship between aiden and jake. Best possible way to show and not tell us shes going from being abused my yuul, to being strong on her own and self sufficient. I think this is a great message to anyone with body dysmorphia. I appreciate Riya as a villain a lot more than the others, mostly because her villainy is presented through cutthroat gameplay instead of something like primarily insults or bigotry. Fiore is like her too but she doesn't quite have the charm to successfully manipulate people onto her side despite it being clear she's a villain the way Riya does.
