I can't be the only one who loves the X and Zero fights in Megaman X games, can I? I love the duels they have cause it's a battle between Wily's and Light's creations. I freakin love these fights!

Zero was a maverick before I don't care I still like him but I'm a huge fan of mega Man X
@@gamingcontrafan5143 Honestly? I prefer looking at this fight without the maverick elements being present. I don't hate the Maverick Zero version but I feel there's more depth in the battle where they are both still on the same side.
The canon ending of X5 implies Zero never succumbed to the virus and the whole reason X and Zero fought (regardless of who you played as) was to keep the other from getting too close to the virus and getting infected.
I *love* that set up because it's not one you see that often. The idea of two friends/rivals engaging in an all out duel without actually being enemies is refreshing. There's no misunderstanding. Neither side is in the wrong. There's really no reason for them to fight at all. But they duke it out anyway in order to keep each other away from the danger.
Everyone likes to picture Zero going Maverick, then coming back to his senses after fighting X. I feel that makes the fight a cliche' to me.

Zero and x laid it all down on the table and it ended in a mighty draw but some even say x wasn't truly trying to kill zero its Canon that x holds a lot of his true self back due to his pacifist ideology if he ever let go like say omega zero....I fear for the world...it takes everything zero has and he ended up being a chewed up half dead corpse x was spent too but let that sink in...if zero couldn't tame an omega x the world would be ended right there that's scary you don't want those nice people who care about the world to ever let their devil's free...

Love this shit. Nice nod to Protoman at the beginning with the synth-whistle tones, and then throwing in Zero's theme? Badass! Only thing missing from it for me was a nod to Cannon Ball (Omega's theme) since Awakened Zero is basically an early awakening of "Omega" as we know it: Destroyer of Reploids, and Bringer of the Apocalypse. However, since Zero's Theme was re-used in the 23XX era games, I suppose that will do.

How do you guys feel about original composed content? I've had some game BGM style music made for a game that I had planned to make but haven't had the time to actually even start development. So in order of not letting the tracks to collect dust I was thinking maybe of uploading them on this channel.
PS: Life has been turned upside down since the initial lockdown and I haven't been in a good state to work on music, but I'm feeling like I might be getting into it again.. I'm still alive!

Oh man. I always enjoy a good X vs Zero remix, but I fell in love with the transition to Zero's theme and Departure. Beautifully done.

This song often gets remixed to be more hardcore and fitting of an epic battle. And while it does work, the charm of the original gets lost. And to my surprise you were able to keep that while adding your own spin. Thus making it fitting of an epic battle between BROTHERS IN ARMS.
