Ippo embodies everything the old man knows about boxing, where as takamura happened to train with kamogawa, but he would have been just as effective anywhere else.

Takamura is really something He exploited their desire to kick his a** to help them become better versions of themselves and got to satisfy his insatiable trolling appetite in the process. Everyone won. Even though its a long way off, you just know he would be a fantastic coach that would build champions, when the day came he retired.
I had such a odd observation. As much as a troll Takamura is with them, he’s actually a good teacher! He’s telling them their weakness and inspiring them to get better! It’s oddly wholesome….. in a Takamura way… 😅
Takamura is that type of teacher who'd try to get into your nerves to show you how weak and pathetic you are compared to him and that at the end of every session wants you to comeback a better, more capable version of yourself. Someone who'd make fun of your shortcomings and still say "I'm waiting for that better version so come at me anytime!". But to compliment, Aoki and Kimura are the type of students who never gave up. Despite knowing they are being made fun of, they never let it get them down. Instead, they used it as a fuel to work harder and even if they saw some results, they never let it in their heads. They worked harder knowing their sacrifice is giving them results. This is why I loved this anime is everyone just wanted that pursuit of greatness, whether you are a protag or antag... It doesn't change the fact that you still have to work hard if you wanna win.

You can say that someone is talented in math but ever since they were a child they always loved playing games that required such form of thinking. You're not born with talent, you simply developed that aptitude in another way and it became useful Hajime no ippo shows ippo having insane strengh, but we also know how he works carrying the boxes everyday helping his mother and ever since he began boxing he trains harshly with passion Miyata wanting to develop his father's perfect counter trains technique and time so intensively that he even forgets about developing strengh Both of those characters are considered talented but one of them had skills that got properly honed while the other honed himself into those skills. Both are fruits of hard work

Могу сказать что бокс в пять раз сложнее кик бокса в четыре раза сложнее тай бокса и в два раза сложнее борьбы. Так что мораль такова - всё только начинается, а бокс это самый сложный спорт, по этому любые достижения в нем на вес золота

I used to think Kimura almost winning against Mashiba was just a way to give him spotlight but i guess i must have forgotten about this. Because the dude deserves it more than anyone. Not to mention hes cutting weight so that he wont have to fight his bro Aoki
its such a shame really, both of them had the potential to take on their own world titles really. Think about it, two delinquents that had enough strength to take down large groups of people on their own, at 17-18 years old? Thats lots of talent, talent that could even be matched to takamura's. Its a shame that they were downscaled so much, with kimura being the guy who explains whats happening in a fight, and aoki being the dumbass comedic relief.
especially kimura who did lot of preparation and even invent a new finisher just to face up mashiba but ended up losing , at the same time , when you see latest chapter about mashiba , you understand that he was superior and did have potential greater than kimura and more highlights to compete in the world stage as well

They're technically quite superhuman too being able to take hits no problem and recover from it. Aoki can control his weight at will no problem without drawbacks but Takamura had to suffer really hard for losing 20.

@@amineouerdani8692 weight control is actually a very big issue for Kimura, who's a whole weight class lower than his natural weight because he took it upon himself to be ina weight class that's different than Aoki so they dont have to clash for the same belt. It actually becomes a major problem later on in the manga in one of his matches even, where he shows up half-dead and dried to bone just to meet the weight requirement exactly for a match and barely scrapes the win following it only through immense willpower and additional encouragement and advice from ippo.

With the big fight being for Takamura. But yeah I do agree that the L treatment on those two is pretty horrendous.

Gotta be honest, Aoki will beat the shit out to most of the viewers of this video. They usually are shown as pathetics, but they are top 10 ranked in Japan. That's something better than average.
