  • Hi everyone, welcome back to our channel.
In this video, we will be comparing two of DJI's popular gimbals: DJI Osmo 5 and DJI Osmo 6.
Design: The DJI Osmo 5 and the DJI Osmo 6 both have a similar design, but the Osmo 6 is lighter and more compact than the Osmo 5, making it easier to carry around.
Camera: The DJI Osmo 6 features a 6x optical zoom lens that can capture high-quality images and videos, while the DJI Osmo 5 has a 3x optical zoom lens.
Stabilization: Both gimbals have DJI's signature 3-axis stabilization technology, but the Osmo 6 has an improved stabilization algorithm that provides smoother and more stable footage.
Features: The DJI Osmo 6 has some new features, such as ActiveTrack 3.0, which allows the gimbal to follow a subject, and the Zoom Control function, which allows for smooth zoom transitions.
Battery life: The DJI Osmo 6 has a longer battery life compared to the Osmo 5, which means you can shoot for longer periods of time without having to recharge the gimbal.
    Conclusion:
In conclusion, the DJI Osmo 6 is a more advanced and refined version of the DJI Osmo 5. If you're looking for a gimbal with better zoom capabilities and improved stabilization technology, the DJI Osmo 6 is the way to go. But if you're on a budget, the DJI Osmo 5 is still a great option.

I’m new to gimbal and yet to buy one. Would you prefer osmo 6 for a starter like me?

Hi @Suresh If you're just starting out and don't have a lot of experience with gimbals, the Osmo 6 might be a good choice for you because of it is easy to use and it comes with lot of features for beginners in the DJI MIMO APP. Hope it helps :) cheers!

I have a samsung S23 Ultra and want to make some good videos for my business which one would you suggest, Dji om 5 or om 6 as i am getting om 5 at half the price of om 6

As a beginner, i would suggest you to go for Om 5 since the main feature of Om 6 are different modes and requires some experience so it is a good choice when upgrading. For making good videos, Om5 still does a great job. Hope it helps ;)

Is the DJI osmo 3 worth $50? Never bought a mobile gimbal but looking to start.

Yes, it is a good entry point gimbal if you looking for just stability on personal videos or vlogs. If you are looking for professional videography then i would suggest you to buy the latest models which comes with longer battery life and more advanced shooting modes. DJI app provided lots of tutorials for shooting in different modes so learning curve is easy.

anyone know roughly when the DJI OM 7 will be releasing? Am i better off buying the OM 6 now or waiting for the 7 to release?

Hey! We can expect to see the DJI OM 7 release before the end of this year. If you don‘t need to use it right now, it is worth the wait.
