I have this lens too. It has an awesome performance.
Thanks for your comment. This is a very good lens!
Since purchase, this has been my go to lens! It really is a "Baby G Master" IMHO. If you are on the fence whether or not to purchase this lens - DO IT!
Thank you for your comment. 👍 I am also very happy with this lens. It has an awesome performance and I can highly recommend it.
Nice video! I also am in the dilemma you mentioned at the end of the video. I have this lens in front of me used for $500 but, for a bit more I could get something like the sigma 16-28 f2.8 or the Tamron 20-40 f2.8
For more detail, I bought the 28-200 last year, and it’s great, I do notice the chromatic aberrations and shooting indoors I wish it had a wider aperture. The biggest problem is definitely starting 28mm, though. There’s been a bunch of times where I wanna go wider but I can’t.
Thanks for your comment. I also had the 16-35mm but the 20mm is better for me, because it is faster and I can therefore use it better for astro. But if you don't do astrophotography, then the other lenses are also a very good choice.
The Tamron 28-200mm is one of my favorite lenses. I'm really love it. I also have two videos about it on my channel. It also shows that it is better than the Sony 70-200mm F4.
@@dawa5581 I don't do astrophotography, so thank you for mentioning it
@@kirokite4694 you’re welcome
It is not gm, is just G) better take 14mm gm 1,8
I know it and I’ve mentioned it in the video as well. This video should show that a G lens is sometimes better than a GM lens.
it's not a G-Master
but G and G-Master have the same optical Quality.. sometimes the G is even better than G-Master (90 f2.8m)
Actually they don't have the same optical quality because the G Master lenses always have an additional coated glass element that the normal G lenses don't have. Therefore, they are always better on paper. Nevertheless, there are of course lenses that are sometimes better than G Master, such as the 20mm or the 90mm.
@@dawa5581 the additional coating is just for resistence... G Standard is universal in terms of picture quality... the Master stands for the craft which means... harsh conditions and Durability... I worked for Sony... cya ❤️
