Are those god speed control arms…are any good or is better just to do the bushings and keep the old ones?

Godspeed is decent stuff for the money. But there are a ton of way better options out there you should go with long term

The bushings & fasteners that go (through them vertically) on the K-Frame (rear subframe) mounting the subframe to the body, is it difficult to get those mounting bolts off? 20 year old car with a subframe previously untouched, in the rust belt, trying to replace all bushings there at once. Some torn some degraded, diff bushing are gone. Any tips? Ive replaced one of the lateral arms (control) arms in the back & that bolt was seized through the bushing, painful to get off. Ive also bought the differential seals for both side, all hardware, and even a diff cover+bolts. Would you recommend re-sealing the diff too? The cradle/subframe bushings & those bolts mounting them to the body are what I dread touching the most ugh. Any comment appreciated thanks, 2004 Highlander but it has the same exact diff bushings as the IS.

Spray some pb blaster on them and use a good impact. They’ll come off easier than you think they would.
