Great video! I have one question if you don't mind. In one of your sentence " It IS worth mentioning that all her lab investigations WERE normal and the patient WAS fully conscious and aware". Shouldn't we use ARE and IS instead of using it's past tense form as you are relaying a message to the reader that the patient has normal lab results and is currently awake and coherent? Thank you.
