Hi mam!I'm confused about the first sentence you said "a fracture" I remember you taught us from your previous video that "medical condition " doesn't need article like "a "and "the".. Pls enlighten me with this..thanks
Hi, that's right, medical conditions such as diabetes, COPD, Parkinson's etc do not take an article. However, some injuries or episodes which can occur more than once, for example heart attacks, fractures etc take an article as they can be counted.

Thanks for the video! How do you transform laboratory results into full sentences when there are many results? For example, I saw a case note where the doctor ordered LFTs and a CBC and many of those test came back with elevated levels and their corresponding values. How can we incorporate all of those details into sentences without being repetitive or listing?

Hello Jo ..how are you? I write this letter to request your further care and support for Mr John to improve his condition. He is recovering from left knee replacement surgery......should I avoid your from this..please let me know
Hi Tessy, thank you for your enquiry. If you are writing directly to the person who will be providing care for Mr John, you can include "your" but it is fine without as well. (Also, do not write Mr John - if his first name is John. If the patient's name is John Smith, refer to him as "Mr Smith" - using the surname/family name, which is always the second name in English.)
