    when people say "i don't have time to exercise" then just do this 1 min burpee. doing this complex exercise every single day will do wonders in your life. no need for fancy gym equipment nor gym attire. you can do it anytime anywhere, all you need is self-discipline to do it.
    i have been doing this exercise every single day for the past six months and my only regret was that i should have started it three decades earlier. i started last january with 20 burpees for one minute. yesterday i did two 100 burpees in twenty three minutes, first set of 100 in seven minutes then rest for eight minutes then another set of 100 burpees for eight minutes. a few weeks ago i did 540 burpees in 59 minutes as a gift to myself since i just turned half a century young. hahaha. sometimes i do burpees while watching netflix, i do it emom style like 5 burpees every minute until the movie ends.
    if you don't have time to exercise or if you feel stressed out or if you're trying to quit smoking or drinking i highly recommend this 1 minute burpees, trust me it works. i felt so weak before doing burpees since i was hit by covid for 3 consecutive times more than a year ago, but i had to recover from that deadly virus so i promised myself that i will exercise every single day for the rest of my life. and there are no excuses with burpees since it can be done anywhere, all you need is discipline to do the exercise. no ifs no buts. just do it.

    I just started crossfit 6 weeks ago at 55 years of age. Been watching youtube to get information about improving my workout etc. Well done man, well done. If I can reach half that after some time, I'll be very happy.

    In 2.months I will do.my 1.minute burpee max. I am.just beginning. Currently started doing burpees off a low.bench. 3 sets of 2 minute burpees. 30 second burpees, 30 second rest, 30 second burpees, 30 second rest. I do that 3 times at 2 minutes off a low bench. In 4 weeks I will progress to floor burpees

    When mult regional judo champion under 73kg in my 20s did 100 burpees like that in 3min 33seconds
    When I could do 100 under 5min knew was good shape
    43 now still decent shape now 6-7min what do so under 10min
    Still got good chucking long fitness and strength just lost explosive speed
    Gone train volume do set of 25-50
    See if can down to under 5min for hundred

      Depends on your weight. I can do the burpees with push up 10 years ago weighing 160lbs. I can't do it properly right now weighing 245lbs but started to try it again. I perspire and feel the heart after just 10 weak ass burpees without the push up so definitely it will work after a few months or even a year to get to the burpees with push up.

      @@jakemccoy umm so are squats when you go halfway? That mentality is silly, form is everything with every exercise and should be treated as such. Plus you can still hurt yourself doing burpees with poor form, so I'm not sure what you're getting at to be honest.

    Undoubtedly a good strenuous work out there but the Burpee form is a little sloppy. That should be a push up, not resting your legs and torso on the floor for a second. No biggy I guess....
    Secondly the jump at the end could be higher. Kind of phoning in the jump.
    Some of us are picky about form and execution. Does it matter? I don't know. You're obviously getting a good workout.
