    What weight and where did you buy those Indian clubs ?

      For men I recommend a 15lb single club and 10lb doubles.
      The Indian clubs I have featured in this program are unfortunately no longer being made. However if you type Indian clubs in the Amazon search engine you’ll get way more options.
