    Wow! Awesome instruction, that made a huge difference. I had been cutting the corner, circle the elbow. Thank you thank you!

    At 00:01:13 and 00:01:46, is your thumb supposed to be extended more outward as you described in the "saber" position? Thanks for the helpful video!

      @@victoryu2025 Yes, but I emphasize this more with the side cast at the end range when the weight is decelerated. It’s not imperative to do with mills where the thumb will need to have more dexterity with a firmer grip near the pommel when you advance with more speed.

    The wooden indian club is very nice. On your site you have other versions ... any possibility to buy the similar one you are using in the video

      @@raiseup151z Unfortunately no. I got these off Etsy and the seller’s page doesn’t exist anymore. You can find alot of hand made Indian Clubs on there. Yes, they’re more expensive, but they are worth the quality.

    Great video with fantastic explanation! 👊💪👍 Coach Vaughn, do you have a follow a long video workout program for clubbells and kettlebell (warmup, workouts, shedule etc) that I can buy?

      @CoachVikingVaughn  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Thanks, and yes. I have four different ebooks programs here on my website: coachvaughn.net/programs

      @@CoachVikingVaughn Thank you for the reply, appreciate it.
      Got some questions:
      1. Can you recommend that I combine the Gada Swing and the Gada Club program?
      2. How long approximately is a workout?
      3. Do the ebooks contain ready workout shedule to follow for the week?

    • @CoachVikingVaughn
      @CoachVikingVaughn  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@andersforsberg5216 I wouldn't recommended combining the two because learning all the tools at the same time would be alot.
      But if wanted to do GADA Swing and warm up with the Indian Club routine from GADA Club. But yes, the ebooks have everything set from tutorials, demo, and and full workout plan from beginner to advanced at a safe pace.

      @@CoachVikingVaughn Thanks, good advice! Is it a good idea to buy to bundle with the swing and club so I maybe can combine them in the future when I got more experience? Do you recommend to start with the swing program (and indian club routine as warmup)? Thanks again!

    What are the best wooden Indian clubs to buy? Or what brand do you recommend?

    • @CoachVikingVaughn
      @CoachVikingVaughn  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The best ones are hand made from Etsy.com and aren’t cheap running $120+ (that’s where I got mine). But if you want budget friendly ones…obviously Amazon sells some, but mainly plastic.

    Excellent video! Question(s): What weight do you recommend for a beginner, and do you recommend a particular material to begin with such as wood, plastic coating, pure steel? Thanks in advance!

    • @CoachVikingVaughn
      @CoachVikingVaughn  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks, obviously a fan of wooden Indian Clubs. Aerodynamically, I think they swing better than plastic (and steel is too dense). 2LB is the minimum I would recommend for a beginner.
