Your music makes me happy. Watching your covers helps me to heal my depression. thanks God that in this world exist people like you. Soon when I'll get my first credit card I'll buy your lessons, Please, never stop to play. Keep the blues alive!
You know he is a good guitarist when he does something you've never seen on a guitar... bend - hammer on tap - slide - pull off - unbend Absolutely nuts
For all of you all who are worried about buying lessons from this dude I will tell you this much. He is simply the best there is on youtube. The level of detail in each of these packages is absolutely amazing. I bought the Slow Dancing in A Burning Room Pack and was blown away by the quality of Jamies lesson. Bravo Jamie!
I have four things in the courses on this - 1) A full video course going through in detail everything about my guitar, my amp, and every one of my pedals 2) In the ebook, there is a section where I recommend a gear rig for the budgets a) low b) medium and c) high 3) A comparison between $6500 worth of rig and $450 and 4) A separate ebook for each section showing you what gear I used in each section of each song I perform. I'm sure there's more than enough there! :-D
Mate you brilliant, as a 66year old man who has always wondered about the solo bits...breathtaking!!! If I ever became half as good as you WOW you are play so effortlessly that you are amazing, just keep up the great work mate, me I am a writer but I've always wondered about you people and how incredible you are, so Thank You for showing a grateful old man, God Bless You mate. And Thank You TH-cam.
Jomz Malgapo Lmao what? You literally said dude knows nothing because he thought Hendrix would be proud of the cover. There were no lines to be read between.
His lessons are no joke. Great material and everything you could possibly need. You can learn the song on TH-cam, but if you want to LEARN how to play it for real, buy his lessons. Loved the Bold As Love lesson, and I'll for sure be purchasing this one. Also: his tone,,,,,,,,,,,,
I purchased Jamie's "Crossing the Bridge" course at the same time I started his beginner course. Quickly looking at the CtB lessons I was initially overwhelmed having only 6 months guitar experience. I am now halfway through the beginner course and his more intermediate content now feels achievable to me. For a new player I find the beginner course gave me the tools to be confident that I can attempt more advanced playing. Of course there is much practice ahead of me but the point is that thanks to Jamie I can see the roadmap to advancing my playing to this style. I've also reached out to him with a question and was very surprised at the quick and encouraging response.
If you're even considering purchasing any of Jamie's lessons then you might be a guitar player, been playing a few years, trying different styles and approaches etc...I get it, I was the same. I love everything JM, SRV, JH and honestly, no bullshit, I've purchased the "everything" package from this guy and I'm blown away by the attention to detail and care this man gives to his tutorials. You really do get what you pay for. I'm working my way through Gravity at the moment and hope to have it nailed soon. The guys a genius. If you're a fan of said guitarists then look no further then jamie. Buy it. You won't regret it! 🤘
Have to agree with Jamie here- I bought the "Everything Bundle" and he covers the theory very well- using the CAGED system which is what this style is predominately based on- and he really brings it home. Devin Sparks- I think you need to go through more of the videos- the songs certainly do help with "applying" the theory- but he does a great job of breaking down where the progressions come from- how the chords are built etc. If you're a total beginner- maybe not the right course- but if you have some basics down- Jamie has your back...
Hey Guys, Just letting you all know that my theory course is now released! All these comments were prior to the release of my course ‘Music Theory Mastery’ 😊 Hope you enjoy
It's funny, but it has taken nearly 50 years and tons of guitarists taking a crack at this to finally analyze the Hendrix "style".Now everybody is getting into the act! Such a great job laying it out. Nicely done!

How can someone play this song completely flawless and even add an amazing John Mayer-ish solo at the end, genuinely one of the best covers of a song in general that I have ever seen
Jamie man you played this so awesome. It allowed me to see the genius in Jimi's writing and playing style......Man he was so incredible, now days Guitarist would have left out all of the fine touches and inserted fancy licks....Jimi redefined the guitar for the `later guitarist' that are being consider as a Guitar God. It was Jmi that is the one...."Top Jimi he's the King!"
Spectacular. I must have watched you play this 100 times over the last several years. It always seems like the first time. Jaime you are an amazing guitarist! I have been learning from you for quite a while now and am so thankful to have you teaching me this wonderful cover. If you are thinking about joining his website and learning this style do not hesitate!

this is brilliant! im only in my twenties but it takes me back to when I was a teenager, listening to Hendrix those very first times and that newfound sense of what music could be or even shouldbe. Definitely using this as a tutorial!
These really are the best lessons on TH-cam. It was hard for me to decide to pay money on TH-cam at first but I but the bullet and bought it since so many people say good things and I couldn’t wait to learn the songs he posted, the way he played them. The videos are extremely in depth and can easily be picked up, but isn’t boring either. I’ve learned a lot of this style and cool licks from Jamie’s playing. He really gives you everything and there are no secrets so you can play just like him with hard work! Amazing lessons as always, and great customer service if needed. Can’t recommend this guy enough if you are contemplating it!
Damn this guy certainly is the example of perfectionist and nailed this song down to the bloody perfection.. Jimmy is looking down at u and crying his eyes out dude can tell u tht much for sure...

Best version I have ever heard hands down bar none.. that lick at :305 is so freakn good I just wet my pants. Jimi would be smiling upon you my friend... Smokin'...
I think Pilky27 makes the most perfect covers when it comes to Hendrix's songs, tone, and performance-wise. But I like Jamie's flare and I also appreciate it when he adds his own twists to the song. Congrats.
Amazing as always)))) when I complete all other courses, definitely will buy this one. Thank you for your hard work. Difficult to master this songs, can’t imagine how hard it is to build such detailed lessons. Wow
As Colin Mitchel said previously, this course is absolutely the best I've ever seen. I have been playing the guitar for 50 years and my attitude has been to "never stop learning." I have always enjoyed the solo guitar/singer arrangements. With Jamies use of a looper pedal combined with the arrangement of the songs, you don't need anything else. A microphone, guitar, amp, either hardware or software looper and you have everything you need. I understand he just released a free beginner course just a few days ago. So beginners have not excuses either. So far, I have learned Slow Dancing in a Burning Room and I shot the Sheriff. Our friends and family members have heard me play at least a hundred times, there were some jaw's dropping in my studio when I opened up with an incredible rendition of Clapton and Mayers songs. If you are serious about playing the guitar, go buy this course.
