@NopeNoWay-us2jk you probably don’t want to hear this but the only way to work on that aspect is develop the muscle and brain memory to connect sounds to your finger movements so you can anticipate what your guitar will sound like in real time as you are playing. That takes time. Then you need to couple that with legitimately feeling and channeling strong emotions through your instrument. If you aren’t involuntarily making ugly faces your doing it wrong. If you don’t feel like your crying through your instrument your doing it wrong. Then, the rest boils down to creativity and that’s something we are either born with or without. Artists like hendrix are naturally gifted in this aspect and that is why nobody can replicate them. You can further develop that creativity and your time feel but we all have a capped potential. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t ever strive to be the best we can. With all of those aspects combined you can master time feel and begin to “sing” with your instrument but this is the hardest thing to learn on the guitar and separates truly gifted artists from everybody else. Hope this helped.

May the legends watch over you 🙏🏽🙏🏽
no disrespect to this guy, but i gotta disagree with you. i feel like these days, people just hear big bends and think "wow thats a lot of feel", even if theres no real substance to the composition. and seriously, im not saying this is bad or anything, he plays very well and all, but im just not so amazed, and think that he lost the heart of the original song. when i hear this solo, i dont relate it to the message of the original song in any way, and thats fine, its his own thing, but i dont see how it exceeds the original in any other way than technical ability

Man I wish SRV was alive so we could see his reaction to this. I image a big ol' smile on his face, he would love it man.
I think Jimi’s smiling too.
My God in Heaven, this went straight into my soul! I've never "felt" Little Wing. Until this, I've only Heard it. Thank YOU!!!
Sean is the man my brother!
I don't deserve to listen to playing this smooth and sustained. My god. Thank you, Sean, for the 1000s of hours you've put in. What a treat to not only hear, but see. Blown away in Arizona.
Ah cheers man!
Stumbling across this on TH-cam is like being an old gold prospector who stumbles across the mother load. You know you've finally found what you've been looking for!
I think you'll find it's a 'mother lode'. A 'mother load' something completely different.
Absolutely insanity how good this is!!! I've been playing forty years and I was a slavering mess watching this lol. It shook me to my core just how good this guy is. Best version I've ever heard. I salute you sir!! I only hope you still have your soul pal as it was that damn good!!!!
Thanks a lot!!
There's definitely a level of "style" to his playing that feels so unique. A complete vibe!
Man, there's something timeless in making an old strat come alive like this. That's a yes from me.
I was thinking if its an old strat or maybe it's one of those ridiculous insane costume shop stratocaster...
At first I have also thought that it's a vintage strato, but later I came across Fraser Guitars and I saw the resemblence. I checked again and Sean is playing one of those. And I agree it looks sooo sexy!
Great song
Not a fan of relicked/antiqued guitars. Like buying jeans with holes in them. Wear is earned.
@chrismartin3197 this guy earned what ever he wants to play man.
Guitars sound like thay do. And the performer gets the best out of them.
This guy playing like he's setting the world of fire with his burning soul. Amazing.
This is what mastery of the guitar looks like; it is pointless to have a lot of licks and speed if there is no feeling in your playing. This man has it all.
Today saturday morning, I’m driving to work. A little cold right now in my country. And listening this spectacular solo in my car. Turned up the volume to the end.
Thank you Mr Maan. I really appreciate.
Просто сумасшедшая игра. Невероятно! Виртуоз! Аплодирую стоя! Это шедеврально!
I have no words! I just close my eyes and see Jimi and Stevie! Jimi is the greatest ever! Love how he inspires greatness in everyone who masters the Stratocaster! Just Wow!
Bar none, this is my favorite song of all time. I first danced with my new wife to this song at the wedding.
Beautifully masterful.
Second was Lenny.
Amazing rendition. Knowing the right amount of notes to play is rare these days. So much overplaying with no soul.
Agreed, Polyphia !!!!!
I think polyphia is alright because they've made it their style, I would much rather them than a cover of a classic that's overplayed and ruined.@@toenailtom654
Man has some skills... And he also has some soul.. Just beautifull man.
This really is one of the best guitar pieces I’ve ever listened to. Your tone, dynamics, phrasing, and skills are incredible. Thank you for sharing your gift brother
Thanks alot!
And fade to black...and seemingly the song goes on forever...a perfectly composed video with no vanity, just the player and the instrument and the song itself reminding us how incredible its composer was. A magnificent performance.
Thanks for watching!
Videos like this are the reason why Strats are my favorite guitars.
No guitar can touch the Strat
Man....... that's just the best version of Little Wing I have ever heard!
Thank you!
Definitely a hot take on the original
May I recommend Stevie Ray Vaughn. Check that one out.
Hendrix would be impressed!
Yeah this is a copy of SRV@@markdonnelly394
Hendrix playing this is obviously so iconic, but next to that, this is the best cover I've seen. Incredible! 🎸🌍✌️
Thanks a lot!
The way you switched from Jimmy to Stevie stylistically was breathtaking. It was like flipping a switch. This is one of the best guitar performances I’ve ever seen. ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
This is stunning. He plays in the pocket the whole time with tasteful phrasing and what tone! Amazing dude.
Thanks a ton!
I thought it was raining today, but only Hendrix and Stevie Ray shed a tear of joy from the edge of a cloud...
We do still have great guitar guitarists and he is up there, Brilliant.
Je suis français et désolé je vais donc te parler en français. Ta reprise de Little Wing m'a transportée, tu as un sacré talent, et tu as aussi la juste émotion dans ton jeu, c'est rare. Chapeau monsieur. Ne t'arrête pas et continue de te faire plaisir, ça se voit. Et c'est aussi pour notre plus grand plaisir :)
Thanks for watching!
Jimmie and SRV are watching you and they are proud. Thank you sir for being with us and for this wonderful playing
This little wing gave me goosebumps, I can hardly leave this emotion. Merci mille fois.
That tone at 1:18 is angelic. I mean the whole video is incredible but when you jumped to the bridge pickup 🥵
🙌
You really played the blues, my friend! An amazing tone, flawless technique and feeling. Amazing performance!
Watching this, it's clear why this community adores you, Sean. Not only do you bring unmatched skill and emotion to every performance, but you also infuse your own unique touch, making even classic tracks feel refreshingly new. The legends like SRV and Hendrix might have paved the way, but you're carving out your own path, and we're all lucky to be here for the journey. And on top of all that, giving back to this amazing community with a raffle? Talk about being in tune with your fans! Cheers to your talent and the incredible bond you've built here on TH-cam! 🎸🔥🙌
Thanks for the kind words!
I forgot there were lyrics until about seven minutes in, then I forgot again. Hypnotic, incredible job, super creative, and expressive.
ありがとうございます!
Thank you!
Can't help watching this it's just unreal tone from his hands that not many people can grasp ❤
ギター1本で人の人生を揺さぶれるプレイ!感動しかない。
🙌
Just amazing - a whole new experience of that epochal song! You feel Hendrix...
Heard this song so many times before. This is THE most beautiful version! Period!! The tones of the guitars: the lead and the base - are amazing!! The whole delivery is just perfect!! Thank you very much for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
I feel like this is not a cover. Rather a reincarnation. Just so insanely good.
I’m so in love with jimmy’s style , from a moment in my live I decided my name should be “LittleWing” ❤️👀 & so it is - I have to mention jimmy’s drummer & bass player too ! there are almost no better ones ! All together man , it touches my soul , it feels like life is a dream
This is easily one of the best renditions of this song ive evr seen. Absolutely stunning im downloading this
Effortless gold. Not a single note out of place. Worthy of an equal place alongside the great man himself. Thanks Sean for bringing him back.
Thanks for watching!
Amazing tone, feel, timing, phrasing - all the things
Fantastic cover. Brings back fond memories. RIP, SRV
0:14 that little hammer off lick is pristine
merci.
Thanks for listening!
Amazing dynamic: playability, pickup management, technique (left and right hand, pick,…), timbre/voicing… Congratulations!!!!!
This cover is DISGUSTINGLY CLEAN ! I LOVE IT SO HARD!
ridiculously brilliant perfomance. those 10 minutes have everything in it why so many people adore this instrument. I fucking feel honored for playing guitar myself just by watching you play, thats how good it is. the fact you are appreciating the guitar by showing only her the whole time this close from diffrent perspectives speaks for it self too. Thank you !
I just think you have a steady focus, you're one of the best players I've seen on TH-cam. I'm a beginner, and really don't know much of anything. I'm also 49 years old trying to learn something new,and inspiring, and watching you play helps. I'm in the process of modding my squire classic vibe to be better using the money I made from selling my Yamaha Pacifica 112v. I've modeled it after some of you're guitars. Keep on inspiring you have a great gift.
Means a lot! Thanks!
Very beautiful, a lot of talent from this boy who seems to have embodied Jimi Hendrix, I loved this performance.
My god! Goosebumbs! By far the best version I have heard! Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

Stevie Ray Vaughan version.....🙂
Bro is killing it! I gotta say that Strat has tone for days, you can literally hear every nuance! This cat is a phenomenal player but that Strat takes him to the next level. People….when the right player finds the right guitar they become one energy and God uses them as an instrument to spread LOVE. This isn’t just playing, it’s prayer, like a mantra that takes deep passion, soul, and faith in God to perform. Music is the closest way to speak to God and heal the world. Thank you bro!! May the legends watch over you 🙏🏽🙏🏽
u Gotta it
Thanks!
Thanks a lot!
Just put this video on whilst i did the washing up… so much SRV influence here it made me smile
I would absolutely love a tone tutorial on this one. This may be the best tone I've ever heard, not to mention the playing.
Dear Sean this is one great example when a cover exceeds the original. WELL DONE!! Lot of technique, but most important tons of feeling here.
no disrespect to this guy, but i gotta disagree with you. i feel like these days, people just hear big bends and think "wow thats a lot of feel", even if theres no real substance to the composition. and seriously, im not saying this is bad or anything, he plays very well and all, but im just not so amazed, and think that he lost the heart of the original song. when i hear this solo, i dont relate it to the message of the original song in any way, and thats fine, its his own thing, but i dont see how it exceeds the original in any other way than technical ability
@@ugsdit5296 Couldn't disagree more!
@@ugsdit5296 Ok bro, so send a link to your own interpretation 😉
@@lukolukopro5504 i like the original better, that was my point.
@@ugsdit5296 If you fell in love with you idol it's your business. But the supposed lack of music feeling in this video - that's only your babbling.
Bla-bla-bla ...
What an amazing rendition…it’s guitar expression at its best and the tone is just implacable.
