    Great set up with plants, rocks, and wood.
    Fish have plenty of places to go.
    Lots of other UTube aquarium set ups have just rocks and the fish keep their dorsal fins down, they look uncomfortable and bored.
    You did a great job .

    Really nice tank and post. That bogwood is massive. What do you feed them to save cash? My fish like fresh peas, deshelled of course. Saves a fortune on fish food. I do feed them store food too. But what else can I feed them (Fresh or frozen) that would stretch my sad budget a little?

      Thanks. I've actually gave all my fish to a friend of mine about a month ago. I changed the setup to geophagus, severums and in the process of getting electric blue acara . Will post a new video soon

    What size is the tank?

  • @gazlee723

    Lovely setup and great fish but you need to ditch the cable ties as they spoil it a little. The bogwood should stay down after time.

    • @tayson1222
      @tayson1222  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey hari , I agree with you the cable ties look awful lol but it was the best was to keep the wood submerged, I took them off recently as wood stays down on it's own now

    May have heard you wrong but the fish you called red devil is a festae. Sweet fish. Looks good .

      @trevormcmanis 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree… I do not see any red devil in that aquarium...

      nah he said red terror, is its common name.

    • @davidadkins8805
      @davidadkins8805 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sawyer Dutton listened again he did say red terror. The festae is just another name for it. 👍👍

    Nice tank and fish. Are central and south American cichlids less aggressive than African cichlids? Your fish seem to get along quite well.

    • @tayson1222
      @tayson1222  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks . They are way more aggressive than African cichlids especially the red terror . I kept African cichlids for over 7 years, I think Central and south Americans have more of a personality, hardy, smarter and easier to keep . Some are more careful than African cichlids!!!! .
      I just finished setting up a new 90 gallon tank with geophagus and firemouth cichlids , I'll post soon .

    The fish that stays under the bogwood, is it the one you don’t know what it is? Cause he looks like a chocolate cichlid.
