Loved finding this video but like others, I wish that the actual foot you were showing was not hidden behind your banner at the bottom of the page. Can't really see what you are explaining well.
This video was very helpful and informative, except the website graphic covered some of the instruction portion over the fabric and foot. It might be better placed in the lower righthand corner. Thanks!
Hi, love your videos in helping how to use Husqvarna Viking Machines and accessories. In this video it was hard for me to see with the website posted right where you were pointing, so it was hard to see, just FYI.... I have a questions: when you refer to scant is that just less than 1/4"? Thank you for all those videos, wish I could download them. I always refer back to them, for functions I may not use all the time and other users as well.
I have just purchased an Emerald 118 for general quilting . I am having difficulty setting it for a 1/4 “ seam. I also have a Ruby so I am familiar with the Husqvarna machines.
The foot that often is standard with the Husqvarna Viking sewing machines is the metal 1/4" foot with no guide. The ones with the guides are purchases separately. You can see these machines at husqvarnaviking com
Husqvarna Viking feet only fit on Husqvarna Viking machines. Each sewing machine brand have their own feet system. If you are unsure, please check with your local sewing machine store.
I'm am also glad that you are doing these videos because not everyone knows what purpose they serve when sewing.

Thanks! Our plan is to educate both our customers as well as anyone who wants to learn. :)

Your banner covers the feet.
HI Erica, It is the exact same foot and machine set up between the machine in this video and the Husqvarna Viking Opal 650. Enjoy! ~Sara~
Thank you I now know why my blocks always measured smaller than they should the automatic 1/4" seam on my sapphire 830 was off by a point.

is there a way you can give us the link for this sewing machine and did you have to get most of these feet separate or did they all come with machine?
Very informative. I wish I could see the demos better. Your website address blocks most of the view when showing the presser feet.
Thank you for your great videos! Would love to see more on the Viking EPIC.
I agree I would love to have tutorial on sewing tips on the EPiC
Find video with banner across the bottom hard to see what is being referenced. Oh well, better for advertising who you all are back then….🐾🐾
Can u demenstrate on a Opal 650 machine...
How does teh Edge Stitching foot compare to the magnet sewing guides out there?
+Kimberly Norton I would recommend trying them both and see which one is more accurate for you. ~Sara~
Please contact your local Pfaff dealer for these similar feet. They are not interchangeable.
The video would have been ok without the heirloom banner right across the video which covers up the foot and what you are showing
the Black Banner that says heirloomcreations at the bottom of the screen blocks your view of what she's talking about
Yes it is blocking the screen.
can these feet be used on another brand? are they interchangeable if the shank is the same?

You banner covered what you were showing. 😏
It would be helpful if you removed the banner with the website info, it covers the important content.
