My Nana and Grandpops lived in Cleveleys so we used to travel down all the time and visit Blackpool! The illuminations were just so magical, alot of find memories from Lancashire. Bloody love the place. Can't wait to one day doing some walking around there! ✌️

Lock down 😡rain on a tent ahhh got to be one of the most relaxing sounds. Also mate I carry my British army arctic bag with me its like carrying a washing machine but its worth it.

Hi Chris, great video, similar setup to mine for day hikes. Was going to mention adding in a seat pad until the message appeared. The only other item I would recommend is a whistle, noting that most packs now come with an integrated whistle in the sternum strap. Nice to have you back by the way.

My condolences to you all, get your asses down to the off licence and get some essential supplies before you all get locked down again. It's potentially a 'perfect storm' for the UK - cold & flu season combined with the Covid😖. Crackin' footage as usual😎👍. Liking that power bank hand warmer, my missus would love that😍👍. I used some silicone re-proofing spray on an old work jacket the other day, being a tight-arse it's good for me to give older gear an extended lease on life.

Get yourself to b&m and get some of those adhesive heat pads you just take out the bag and stick it to your back. Only a couple of quid for two and keep you well toastie all night 😁👍🏻
......just don’t stick them to your back though. They are supposed to be stuck to your base layer, they can burn you if you stick them to your back,( as per the instructions). If you stick them to your base layer you can move or remove them from your skin if needed.
So you can go out for as long as you like for exercise ,, so get back out there my friend ,, you love it we love it ,,, dont let the bastards grind you down ! Keep em coming pal.

Ironic that your beer is called Loch Lomond since it’s one of the few places up here in Scotland that you cannot wildcamp........I have had a couple of those hand warmers for a year or so and they are a godsend in the cold weather. I work as a joiner so I use them in the winter months for respite at work too. Great video, hope you guys don’t have a long lockdown. Stay safe.

Those wax jackets have never worked for me in this country Chris, awesome in Scandanavian countries or extreme dry cold places but for blighty mate i wouldnt bother because they get heavy and take forever to dry off and dreadful to slip back on first thing on a cold wet Autumn British morning plus very expencive..Awesome video skills as always :)

You ever had any trouble whilst wild camping on Longridge Fell? Hiked it a fair bit and even had a fire (in a stove) at the summit but I always seem to run in to someone. One person I ran in to was on a unicycle, which was weird.

Always enjoy your videos. It's a shame we can't get out for a while! But that's that. I have a Soulo too and like you said, it is literally bomb proof. A great investment. I also noticed I have the little light/lantern as well. A great bit of kit! But most of all, the ale is what I look out for. Have you ever tried a Norwegian brewery called Lervig? Their Citra IPA called Singularity is the dogs! ATB JD

Those trees at 2:12 😍🌲🌲😍 Like the idea of that little handwarmer especially for wildcamping. Not sure if id bother when hiking as ive got these Rab gloves that are absolutely phenomenal! Imo anyway... always love the views and as you said sometimes the worse weather gives you more memories. I have that experience just from hikes and once I get some wildcamps on im sure ill experience that too. ATB bud 👍🏻👍🏻

It's pretty much as I've shown it there mate - it's good as along with being a handwarmer, you can use it as a powerbank. So getting double the use mate!

Great vid Chris. Hope the hand warmer did the job. Wanted to ask you something and you’re probably the only one that knows. Is there a werewolf hunting season out there on the moors. If so is there a bag limit on those nasty critters? Also, do you need a werewolf hunting permit? Once you have bagged your limit what do you do with those obnoxious beasts. Do you dress them out and have them for Sunday dinner or do just run them through a wood chipper. Only you can answer my questions Chris.

Get yourself to b&m and get some of those adhesive heat pads you just take out the bag and stick it to your back. Only a couple of quid for two and keep you well toastie all night 😁👍🏻

......just don’t stick them to your back though. They are supposed to be stuck to your base layer, they can burn you if you stick them to your back,( as per the instructions). If you stick them to your base layer you can move or remove them from your skin if needed.

Ironic that your beer is called Loch Lomond since it’s one of the few places up here in Scotland that you cannot wildcamp........I have had a couple of those hand warmers for a year or so and they are a godsend in the cold weather. I work as a joiner so I use them in the winter months for respite at work too. Great video, hope you guys don’t have a long lockdown. Stay safe.

Those wax jackets have never worked for me in this country Chris, awesome in Scandanavian countries or extreme dry cold places but for blighty mate i wouldnt bother because they get heavy and take forever to dry off and dreadful to slip back on first thing on a cold wet Autumn British morning plus very expencive..Awesome video skills as always :)

You ever had any trouble whilst wild camping on Longridge Fell?
Hiked it a fair bit and even had a fire (in a stove) at the summit but I always seem to run in to someone.
One person I ran in to was on a unicycle, which was weird.

Always enjoy your videos. It's a shame we can't get out for a while! But that's that. I have a Soulo too and like you said, it is literally bomb proof. A great investment. I also noticed I have the little light/lantern as well. A great bit of kit! But most of all, the ale is what I look out for. Have you ever tried a Norwegian brewery called Lervig? Their Citra IPA called Singularity is the dogs!

Those trees at 2:12 😍🌲🌲😍 Like the idea of that little handwarmer especially for wildcamping. Not sure if id bother when hiking as ive got these Rab gloves that are absolutely phenomenal! Imo anyway... always love the views and as you said sometimes the worse weather gives you more memories. I have that experience just from hikes and once I get some wildcamps on im sure ill experience that too. ATB bud 👍🏻👍🏻

It's pretty much as I've shown it there mate - it's good as along with being a handwarmer, you can use it as a powerbank. So getting double the use mate!

Great vid Chris. Hope the hand warmer did the job. Wanted to ask you something and you’re probably the only one that knows. Is there a werewolf hunting season out there on the moors. If so is there a bag limit on those nasty critters? Also, do you need a werewolf hunting permit? Once you have bagged your limit what do you do with those obnoxious beasts. Do you dress them out and have them for Sunday dinner or do just run them through a wood chipper. Only you can answer my questions Chris.
