@@justdev8965 Gamecube was the worse of the 3 tbh. Xbox had the online infrastructure, the best versions of the multiplatform games and a healthy library of exclusives surprisingly. PS2 had like 600 exclusives and was fully backwards compatible which means you could keep collecting PS1 games even with a PS2. The console was drowning in games quite literally. Gamecube.... has Mario and Zelda. And a few unique or interesting exclusives as well but yeah it pales in comparison to what the competition was offering. I think the console could have been much better had they gone with the normal 4.7GB DVD and also offered backwards compatibility.

I remember playing the original Halo at the stores before I got a an xbox and I was legit blown away, when I got the xbox and got halo it was like going to disneyworld for the first time, I don't know what it was about it but, was just so special. After Halo 2 which I think is the greatest one, I just stopped caring ;_;
@@Obenfiquista81 You will have a good time, played all the way up to Halo 4 all of them are fantastic and still play them every now and then like I do for all games. I actually didn't know you could play the older halos (besides 3) on 360. I played the first one on PC and 2 on the OG Xbox.
Thank you for this impressive video. I can't imagine the effort it required. The OG Xbox has a special place in my heart, it's the console that brought me back into gaming. I fell in love with this beast that had the best graphics, 4 controllers ports, hard drive, custom soundtracks, it made me so happy back in the day. I never sell my consoles, and recently I took out of the closet all my games for this console, put it on the shelf and tought "Maybe this collection deserves to be completed!". Now I'm hunting for the titles I left back almost 20 years ago, and this video really comes in handy! Also, due to the fact that my town has been hit by a flood and I'm currently without internet connection, I'm having a blast of nostalgia playing some of this old classics!
Considering the most usable software emulator has a perfect playback rating of only 5% of the library, I wouldn't get your hopes up for a low powered Pi running any games for xbox at all. I suggest doing hardware emulation with a mister fpga instead.
I'm here for Dragon's Lair 3D. It's as tough as Ninja Gaiden. Trust me. That blacksmith boss fight, incredible... There are zero QTEs in it. Gameplay wise, it has nothing to do with the QTE-only "Dragon Lair" arcade games.

The one that came after Xbox was Xbox 360, it wasn't quite a surprise because Xbox was better than PS2 on all fronts, but in some respects it was lagging behind PS3.
New legends 1:33:13 played this game on a friends xbox in the early 2000s as a kid and loved it never knew the name of it and only got to play it once, making it to the 5th level. i could only remember it as that cool sword gun game for xbox. so for years i had been wondering wtf that games name was and could never find it, not friends with that guy anymore and even if i reached out he prolly wouldent of remembered I finally found it today thanks to this video. I knew it would HAVE to be in here. This game is very niche, was a failure and the only game made by the studio that created it before they went bust. Regardless of how cheap some elements may be this game is still a decent playthrough. Hardly anyone has heard of or played this game and its really underrated.

Impressed the OG Xbox were able to output 1080i in some games. It's a great system to collect for and not super expensive.

What a beast of a machine it was with a gpu that was somewhere between geforce 3 and geforce 4ti. the gfx were soo much cleaner than those in the ps2.
