Thanks for the detailed guide. On the command prompt, after typing in the code and pressing enter, i get the message 'An error has occured setting the element data. The value is protected by secure boot policy and cannot be modified or deleted.' Do you know how to get around this pls?
you have to disable secure boot on your laptop... after all that this works fine

The cause of Qualcomm Crash Dump mode is hardware. This occurred to my OnePlus 6 on July 2024. I took the phone to the OnePlus service center, and they said, quite simply, that they could not perform any hardware work and that I would have to flash the phone. Since I value the data on my phone so highly, I decided not to flash my phone. Instead, I went to a shop in Coimbatore a friend of mine recommended ,I brought my phone there, and they requested 2000. I gave them 1800, and after 1 hour and 30 minutes, my phone was fixed and returned with all of its data intact. Note: If you require your data, fix it at a repair shop instead of flashing it.

Before following this tutorial I want to know if there is anyway to recover the data from the phone? Would love to try few methods even though if does not succeed.

Instead of all this try this method
Fast boot (hold volume up and down and Power button togather)
Fast boot mode will pop up.
Using volume keys select recovery mode.
Try switching it On again.
It took me 5 times ( whole process). But it worked.
(If crash dump shows again than use volume up key n power button to switch off)
I am able to bring it to fast reboot mode but after that nothing, it just flashes fast boot mode and freezes, I wish there were all data provided to everything, everything is halfway

Can you lose your data doing this process?
Whoever is facing issues with the crash dump follow the video and try with flashing firmware files by putting the phone on MSN / Fastboot etc...etc ... In case the problem is not resolved ..go to any trustworthy shop they will fix phones by reheating / BGA Flash and processor ( Which is resetting the error and they will flash new firmware OS ) charges are different city by city here in Delhi 3500 Rs some are charging 5000-6000 Rs.
After the BGA flash process mine is totally fixed and working perfectly from the last 5 months .Good luck 👍

Hey Sneb you have helped me countless times. Can you do me one more favor. If say you flashed the rong img got a fail message flashed the correct img and now your HD 1913 reads HD 1917 in crdroid. Is there any way to fix this without reflashing /installing everything?

the drivers for windows do not work, I try all the versions, restart the pc, connect the phone to the usb 2.0 with all the methods (press the volume button).
My Pc can't see the phone. the Qualcomm HS-USB does not appear, and therefore I cannot go further.
My phone never turns on, it arrives either on the dumb qualcom crash, or with a volume up button start, I arrive on a boot menu.

Hey, thanks for the video, when I am using the msm downloader tool and it recognises the phone but once I connect and begin the download in 16 seconds i get an error message of Sahara communication failed. I tried in on both windows 11 and windows 10 but I get the same error message.

Hey Rohith, have been watching your videos, I just wanted to ask how to unlock oem when your device is already bricked, becasue my phone isn't booting up even if i flash the firmware using msm tool. Totally stuck and the service centre guys are saying you have to replace the motherboard. Which i know for sure isnt the solution.
Sometimes there is hardware issue so u need to replace the motherboard

@@NikhilRamakrishna only if USB debugging is set to ON....then you can enable oem unlock via fastboot
