So those who haven't the bootloader unlock, so no choice, sorry for you guys. :/ => Well, if you haven’t performed any system-level tweaks but were still taken to this mode, then chances are you end up pressing the incorrect hardware key combinations that took you straight away to this mode. So in this regard, your next course of action is fairly simple- you simply need to exit this mode. To do so, press and hold the Power and Volume Up button for around 8-10 seconds. Just open cmd and boot to TWRP and flash your rom :-) ALWAYS DO A REGULARY BACKUP, anything can happen at any times !

It happens during installation of ROM which is incompatible with your device or even if you disconnected your device while installation of compatibile ROM as well

And uske baad bhi if they can boot into fastboot if they have locked bootloader and phone stuck in qualcomm crashdump mode they can first unlock their device and then flash the rom and i said clearly at start if u r stuck in qualcomm crashdump mode and still if u can boot into fastboot mode

I had to reflow the motherboard. The best way is to take it out and use a heat gun around the chip toward the solder paste. This isn't an easy procedure for someone who has never worked on phones but it isn't as difficult as soldering either. I got my device back to working as normal and would recommend new thermal paste for anyone who intends on keeping this phone
the chip right above the battery connector. This "solution" didnt last. I was only able to use the phone for about 3-4 days. I got everything I needed off of it but had to make sure it didn't overheat. These phones are trash tbh.

This is some seroius issue and oneplus is not acknowledging any queries about it... Many OP6 and OP6t users are facing this issue. I guess reballing the motherboard might solve this issue... However i had already given it to a local shop for repair on Nov 8th ,since i didn't get any response from oneplus team for almost 3 weeks. I took the device back from the local shop and took it to OP service center but unfortunately they rejected the free replacement offer since the device's back panel was already opened by the local guys (eventhough they havent done any repair🙃).
