thanks for the video. I would like to mention that in your video, it shows a left hand or counter clockwise thread to tighten. ON my 7 1/4 inch Skilsaw, it needed a right hand thread. I watched several and they were all CCW thread and I did that and damaged the bolt holding the blade. THis if FYI for other watching these videos- check the Skilsaw site for an owner's manual if the retaining bolt doesn't come right off.

I have a 5155 here, & I still can't find the blade lock.
What do you mean by 5155? Is that a model number?
Some skilsaw don’t have a blade lock. If it didn’t have one then you need to jam the blade into a piece of wood so you can remove it.
