Sveta, you are fantabulous... Amazingly expressed... Very nice.. I will definitely try it for 30 days and will be back here to tell you the results I achieved...Thank you so much dear.. 😊
@@SvetaAnandaYoga what is the right age to start learning, I am 45, and desperate to learn, but no one around me has so much idea about it like age of learning, kind of diet to be followed, which institution is good, etc, etc. I am from India, and have heard about Rishikesh, Uttarakhand as a hub of yoga, but still I am afraid of being cheated on the name of certification and affiliation. Please help me to find the right institution if you have learnt Yoga from India. Looking forward for your early response and suggestions. 🙏
@@sanjukumari4298 Dear friend age is just a numbers. You are never too old for yoga🙏🏻 As for the diet, yogis prefer to ear Satvic food: a lot of legumes, vegetables, nuts, fruits and a lot of food which contains prana life energy. You can find a lot of information in internet about Satvic diet🙏🏻🤍 As for the place where to study or better to say where to practice yoga, try to find yoga Shala close to your house it will be more than enough for you to start your practice, find a good teacher and he will guide you through all the asanas and the main aspects of yoga.
@@SvetaAnandaYoga thank you so much for your quick response 🙏, It may be surprising for you that I have been searching for a good yogshala in my city for last two years, and what I found are exercise shalas not yogshala, they teach asnas like machine , there is no connection between finding balance of breathing, stretching, holding postures and concentration. Even meditation they practice is like a machine. Then I found online free yoga class from a Reputed yoga Ashram. Curiously, I joined and then I experienced the difference I narrated above. Then I searched more and more. When I watched your video I found some similarities in the way you do Asnas and the One I have practiced in online yoga class, That's why I asked you about the shalas you have learnt Yoga.
