Just started getting into yoga (literally just finished my first 20-minute session at home). Got curious as to how the advanced poses looked like cause I was just watching beginner-friendly videos. Bruh. This is intense and so awesome.
Your fluidity in building up to the asana is awe inspiring. You move so effortlessly that you make these poses look like a piece of cake when in reality it takes years of dedication and hard work to build up to these. For now I can do hero and crow pose, in the future I would love to even just come close to how you mastered your practise 😊
