My dog's paws are white...won't the iodine stained them? Can I use anti fungal soap instead? or just water with apple cider vinegar? What about his under belly? How do I keep it clean & prevent allergens there?

Hi, Isn't Iodine dangerous for dogs ? Especially if , as you say, do not rinse it off ?....wouldn't the dog lick it from the paw ?....Please reply ?....I could only find Povarone with 10 % Iodine ?
