- We had no idea this existed in Portugal! Guys, you have to visit Northern Portugal. It will blow your mind!
Even though not everything went exactly as planned, and we couldn't show you as much as we wanted to, we hope that what you see in this video is reason enough for you to add this part of Portugal in your itinerary. We promise it will be 100% worth it.
We saw for ourselves why Northern Portugal travel should be a must when visiting this beautiful country. We explored Peneda Geres National Park, the town of Soajo, Sistelo and tried to show you a couple more spots in this beautiful region. We hope you are enjoying our Portugal adventures!

Bitter sweet video, for one side it is lovely to see people discovering the beauty of Gerês, however I do hope it will still be kept a secret!
Good things we didn't do any justice to it lol we also feel the same way about certain destinations. We've seen first hand what over-tourism can do to places. We certainly hope it doesn't happen to this area of Portugal! It's so beautiful!!
I like that you filmed the cows and wild horses. For some reason, I love seeing them when I go for a drive in the country side.
It was one of our favorite parts! They are so beautiful and peaceful. We actually had so much footage of them, but had to control ourselves 😂

I am sorry you didn't get to see the quedas d'agua. Most tourists focus on the big cities, like Lisbon and Porto, which are fantastic, but the best is the small towns, villages, and hidden treasures of nature in the north, and in the south. Come back to Portugal and visit again.

My son is in Southern Portugal . All the photos are mainly on historical buildings and a beach and restaurants. Not many photos on nature . That is why I am watching your video .
Yes, it's very different down there. Still beautiful though! But for sure a different world. Northern Portugal was so beautiful!
