Glad it helped you out!! There were a lot of people that were asking me the same question, couldnt find a useful enough video so decided to make my own!
Let me know if you have any other questions and id be glad to help you out!
Gold content right here!? I would love to see following video where it shows the final product, this can be revolutionary right here
The song is released on all platforms you could put MiiiKE - Been On It or hit this link if you use Spotify
open.spotify.com/track/59JUYC7rm78yMgN28ik8Ob?si=30a2275bb8b74b1c
So simplified . Thank you!
However if you dont have any effects do you still need to duplicate the tracks?
If you're not using any effects you do not have to duplicate the tracks! (: Glad it helped!!
Dude thank you I've been trying to figure this out for like a month
I'm glad that after a month you were finally able to find the information you needed! 😂 Keep up the good work my friend!
Thank you so much. Now I can send this to the artists I mix
Haha right on! That's why I made the video myself 🔥
Thank you so much . I definitely was stuck tryna export 💯💯🤦♂️
Glad the video helped!
This was clutch ❗️💯
Glad I could help!
Thank you definitely helped me!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Glad you were able to get value from the video!! Let me know if you need help with anything else! (:
Does it go without saying that if you don't have any effects on a track that you don't need a copied version and can use that one?
Yes
Just like to cover my bases and get the job done right the first times. Thanks for the reply and very helpful video
Thanks for the informative vid👏…. Also do you have to have a reference rough draft or is that optional. I’m only asking because I like to do different effects but simply don’t know how
Usually having a rough draft of what you got is more desirable that way the engineer you send it out to has an idea of where you currently have your song and where it could be taken to enhance your current vision. If you don't that's fine but there will be more back and forth communication needed to make sure all the effects you want are properly dialed in. Glad you found the video helpful!
3:29 if you just wanna get to the point
👍 Still Imortant to watch the whole thing because you dont want to export stems with effects on in bandlab, if you already know how to do that you can skip but for those that dont stick around
I subscribe this real so easy explained great job my dawg.
Appreciate the Sub thank you!!! More tutorials on the way for sure!!!
Literally Perfect video
Glad it was able to help you!
Good Shit 💪🏾 Very Helpful
I'm glad it helped!
Thank you so so much man..this is really gonna help
Glad it was able to help you out!
I been sending all my bandlab clients to this video 😮💨 hope you don't mind lol ❤
Haha that's exactly what I made it for!! I be sending all my clients that use the bandlab this same video too lol but im glad it helps make your job easier! Thank you for tapping in fr! DM me on insta too lets chop it up @GoobstersRoom
Gold appreciation!
Thank you i'm glad I was able to help!
Would i do this the same process if i am sending it out for a feat or collab with different artist ir who has a diff daw or is there a way i can save the session as a whole??
If they use a different DAW yes you do this the same way unless you want to just export the whole song as is and leave an open verse for them.
Those are your 2 options but if you want them to have the ability to tweak with your vocal stems then this is the way
question hope you see this , if you have certaib vocals panned to left or right do you need to reset them same for the volume of the vocs do you need to reset them?
If you're committed to the sound you're getting with the panning and volume levels you've set then you can leave them as is. But if you don't mind giving the engineer a bit more creative control then you could reset all the balance and levels.
But typically if you already like the rough idea you got the sound of then I recommend leaving it as is and a good engineer will take that initial idea and just enhance it a little more if needed
@@goobstersroom thank you🫡🫡
Thanks for this video brodee 🔥
Of course glad you enjoyed it!
Hey big brother when i will share the music to routenote is they will allow me to distribute to all platforms.
Yeah on their website it should show all the places they will distribute your music to
Can you do a tutorial on how to record a decent song on BandLab because “been on it” sounded good beforehand, appreciate it !
I think I can do that for sure! Might take a minute but stay tuned!
thanks bro! very helpful
Glad it was able to help you out!
But it exports as a M4A file can you export at wav or mp3?
It's been a while since I made this video so if they haven't implemented that yet then probably not.
What you would then have to do is convert those files into .wav or .mp3 online and then use that in your DAW which I understand isn't ideal but that's why it's best to use other softwares to record if you can stay away from bandlab
Just to get that better quality
I tried that but the fl studio didn’t allow the format I need help
So what it does is turns the files into a .m4a file which doesn't let you drag that into DAWs so what I do is go online to a m4a to .wav converter website online and then convert the files to the .wav files I need.
After that download all .wav files and throw that into FL.
Let me know if that helps or if you got any other questions.
He sounded just fine without the auto tune lol why he want it?? Very nicely explained btw, brother! 🤘 I'm tryna track and stuff myself to save money. I'm getting alright at mixing, I just need a guy ti do the pitch correct that won't charge me a shit ton
Wat if u have more the one lead?
You create extra lead tracks and label them accordingly
My sessions will generally look like this if I have multiple lead tracks I just name them accordingly
Hook Lead 1
Hook Lead 2
Verse Lead 1
Verse Lead 2
^ Like that and then if I have specific adlibs that are only for the hooks or only for the verses etc. it'll look like this
Hook Lead 1
Hook Lead 2
Hook Adlib 1
Hook Dub 1
Verse Lead 1
Verse Lead 2
Verse Adlib 1
Verse Dub 2
And then just repeat the pattern so the session looks as neat as possible. Hope that helps!!
The file will be bounced in “.m4a” format.
That’s possible the worst quality u can achieve but if this is the only way u can do it, then do it.
Yup, that is currently the only way to do it as of now which is still why using phone apps like bandlab or garage band aren’t ideal.
You can’t expect the greatest possible quality from recording off a phone in general but whatever works, usually most listeners will not be able to tell the difference of the quality in the file type if the engineer who’s mixing the song knows what they’re doing but if as an artist you’re looking for the highest possible resolution then booking an actual studio session or recording on a computer instead will be more ideal,
This is just a quick start I made for beginners who have asked me this question a few times before.
If I find a way to export the files as .wav or .mp3 I will make an update to the video
Good looking bro I appreciate it thank you
Of course I gotchu

thank you ! 🙏🏾❤️
Of course always!
Thanks man
@@Semichizzy of course!
i want to batch export as iim recoring stacks of BVS all day
That's why I recommend for everyone to move away from bandlab as quick as possible.
Good for beginners but highly limited, missing simple features that real DAWs on the computer have,
It just has a worse workflow and sound overall.
If you want a DAW that has that feature you could look into pro tools, FL, Ableton, or Logic those all have advanced export features
Bandlab doesn't 👎
I have a free online guide for those who want to improve their setups and make better music overall if that's something anyone would be interested in they could watch the video here

@@goobstersroom Bro, im asking about mobile apps as I record vocals at work for demos. I got FLMobile and its not that great.
Bandlab is fast on the mobile and I may have found a workaround by locating the files in mobile file explorer and batch saving to google drive.
🔥🔥🔥
YOOO CAN U GIVE US THE BANDLAB VOCAL PRESET
Sad to say but theres no magic preset... I literally plugged up my phone to a $8,000 vocal chain I had access to in my studio, plus the 10 years of knowledge I had to make the vocals sound good.
It was a Neumann u87 Mic into a Art Pro MPA II Preamp into a Heritage audio Tubesessor in case you were wondering all into an iPhone.
Thank you
Glad I can help!
@goobstersroom after watching your video I learned so much and I went through it step by step
whoa your awesome
Of course! I'm glad you found this helpful!! If you have any other questions feel free to let me know!
@@goobstersroom teaching a old dawg new tricks i appreciate it i have this camron feature so this was perfect i had no idea i only mastered and made beats before never stems thank you so much
Very nice work❤👌👌👌👌👏👏👌👌👏👏👌❤❤❤❤
Appreciate you for tuning in thank you!
💯💯💯
Glad you're enjoying the video!
It doesn't export as wav file, vut m4A file... Can the engineer work with a m4A file instead of wav file?
That’s the downside of recording on the phone as of right now bandlab doesn’t allow you to choose different export options so the only option would be the m4a so it’s not the highest quality but the engineer could convert the .m4a into another file format which is what I did in this video 🔥
Thankyou buddy
Of course!
Yoo yu free my girl need her songs mixed and mastered
DM me on Instagram @goobstersroom
It doesn't export in wav
Yup. But that is the downside of using bandlab to record on your phone. The quality is very limited you can’t specify the file types you want to export as
What about on a laptop.
THANK U bRO
Of course!
🐐🐐🐐
Appreciate you!!
Gang
Can't you subscribe the whole song as whole with vocals and beat
Subscribe or send?
If you mean send, then no. Because if you send the song as a whole it would be sent as a final 2track that doesn't allow you to process each take individually. Which you can't mix like that
The only way this would work is if you send the bandlab session to another person who has bandlab to extract the stems but they would have to do this same process if they wanted to extract the stems into another DAW.
