Creatine is so cheap to manufacture It would literally probably cost more to manufacture a knock off that was convincing enough to sell. It's literally just cheaper to make Creatine and sell the real thing. It's like asking, how do you know that bottled water is real and not knock off water? Because it would literally take more time, effort and money to create fake water. There is no incentive to sell knockoff Creatine. Now what they will do is Sell you on fancy packaging and added flavors and ingredients that do nothing in terms of performance. Just make it taste better or Dissolve in water better. Which really makes no difference as long as it all ends up going in your stomach. It might just make the actual user experience a little more pleasant. But no gains in terms of performance or its effectiveness definitely on your body compared to the cheaper single ingredient Creatine Monohydrate.
