Sister Calderon, actually plays a much bigger role in red dead redemption undead nightmare too, you have to bring her a undead which unlocks the holy water throwable item for John, and even tells John the misdeeds of Abraham Reyes, who John later kills and returns the mask back to its original place and basically saves the world (for some time until Seth takes the mask again) if it wasn't for Sister Calderon, I believe John would have been killed and became a ACTUAL zombie instead of a undead with the soul of man. What do you think, Red?
Definitely. When John is resurrected as an Undead after the events of the main game, there is a tooltip stating that he was buried with a special canteen which is the Holy water.
