I don’t think you can get rid of that clipping that appears sometimes! And as far as I know, you’re supposed to put the boxes for the sky and horizon in the very very corner of the map, just at the very edge

The russian naming influence probably comes from Pescado, owner of More Awesome Than You, The Booty, Inseminationaor (home of Squinge) and several other old Sims 2 websites. Pescado has a business mod called "Business Runs You" which has menu box shaped like a russian hammer and sickle. The reason for this Russian influence is probably a hidden joke, explained somewhere in More Awesome Than You. Actually the recovery of the Inseminationator site from people who wanted to monitize it is one of the most dramatic events in Sim 2 history, with simmers working together to save the site. Oh what a wild night that was. There is a reason that most Sims 2 mods remain free and why we have Mod The Sims SFS which anyone can publish their creations on. In future we shouldn't lose old downloads.
I got a gaming laptop about a year ago just to play sims 2 and girl I love love love it. I have those skies as well and you can see them when you play it’s amazing
I just got into sky boxes too, and after watching this i def need to download more! Id also sugest some animated clouds, u can get them at diffrent speeds which adds alot of realism in lot mode imo

Ah I see! The map is pretty small so the clipping doesn’t pop up too much - I can tolerate it lol!
