Dimash is so much more than a singer. He is the most talented vocalist known to mankind!! Just keep watching him. Do some research on him. He's an amazing man as well as a performer. I’m a massive fan of Dimash, he is without a doubt the most talented singer, musician and humble human being. He touches your soul when he sings. Love your reactions. Dimash is very mesmerizing to watch. I can’t take my eyes off of him either. There are two other performances of this song you must react to in the near future. One is fan cam from his Moscow concert and the other from I think arnau concert which is titled new sinful passion. You will love both of these other two performances. He always changes it up. I also love the piano here. It indeed enhances the song, its haunting atmosphere. This cover, or remake, is certainly one of Dimash's (many) masterpieces. The song was composed by the man in the piano and originally performed by this band here, A-Studio. But: it was very different compared to this epic crossover Dimash made of it. It is from Dimash’s concert, but isn’t on his own page. Other versions have audio sync issues and/or subpar filming etc. Look for the thumbnail with a ring of white lights.

This was another very enjoyable reaction. This was his 2018 guest performance at the New Wave competition held annually since 2002 at the New Wave Hall in Sochi Olympic Park. The band A-Studio is originally from Kazakhstan. The keyboard player, Baigali Serkebaev, composed the song together with the poet Ilia Reznik, and the song was first performed in 1998. The singer of the group A-Studio passed away in 2015, and in this concert, the group was backing up guest vocalists. The triangle man is multi-percussionist Ilya Pokrovsky, a very talented man and a close friend of Dimash and member of the Dimash team (DQ Team). He plays various percussion instruments and accompanies Dimash in all his concerts. Someone explained that the special tribal riff is something practiced in Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and other parts of Asia. A similar technique is also used in some parts of the Middle East. It is referred to by some as a "glottal stop". We use it too when we say "uh oh". A Kazakh TH-camr commented that Dimash used a Kazakh singing technique, called 'komeymen aytu'. You can hear it among the Turan Group. Sakha people use this technique too; they call it 'kylyhah'. I read somewhere that the tribal vocalization was a tribute to the deceased singer, as it is similar to a technique usually used by women in Kazakh funeral ceremonies. This competition was organized by the man in the white shirt who stood up in the first row, Billionaire Igor Krutoy, a famous Ukrainian and Russian music composer, performer, producer, and musical promoter. He invited Dimash to perform and it was this performance that prompted him to come out of retirement and compose masterpieces for Dimash to sing, such as I Miss You, Ogni Pietra, Your Love, Stranger, and Ave Maria, just to name a few. Since this concert, he has been collaborating with Dimash, writing music with his vocal range in mind, and often accompanying him on the piano. So you'll see more of him. There is another performance of this song of one of his more recent concerts. It is as good or better because you can hear certain parts clearer and the camera stays on him most of the time. This is the only singer whose performances recorded in this way are even more impressive. On new performances, he sometimes changes part of the vocals a lot and it's always interesting.

This was an old song by A.Studio, a kazakh band, but Dimash brougth it to another level. The first time I listened to Dimash''s songs two years ago, I was floating on a cloud for several weeks, and I couldn`t stop listening to him since then. His voice and interpretation are the best I have ever listened to, and I'm 69 years old.

I also love the piano here. It indeed enhances the song, its haunting atmosphere. This cover, or remake, is certainly one of Dimash's (many) masterpieces. The song was composed by the man in the piano and originally performed by this band here, A-Studio. But: it was very different compared to this epic crossover Dimash made of it. If you are interested to see how Dimash changed the song, check the original. One thing comes to mind... Dimash is a musical genius. Thank you for a great reaction & insights!

Definitely make sure Love Is Like a Dream is the kremlin version in burgundy suit, & Olimpico version off of composer Igor Krutoy’s channel. It is from Dimash’s concert, but isn’t on his own page. Other versions have audio sync issues and/or subpar filming etc. Look for the thumbnail with a ring of white lights.

This was another very enjoyable reaction. This was his 2018 guest performance at the New Wave competition held annually since 2002 at the New Wave Hall in Sochi Olympic Park. The band A-Studio is originally from Kazakhstan. The keyboard player, Baigali Serkebaev, composed the song together with the poet Ilia Reznik, and the song was first performed in 1998. The singer of the group A-Studio passed away in 2015, and in this concert, the group was backing up guest vocalists. The triangle man is multi-percussionist Ilya Pokrovsky, a very talented man and a close friend of Dimash and member of the Dimash team (DQ Team). He plays various percussion instruments and accompanies Dimash in all his concerts.
Someone explained that the special tribal riff is something practiced in Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and other parts of Asia. A similar technique is also used in some parts of the Middle East. It is referred to by some as a "glottal stop". We use it too when we say "uh oh". A Kazakh TH-camr commented that Dimash used a Kazakh singing technique, called 'komeymen aytu'. You can hear it among the Turan Group. Sakha people use this technique too; they call it 'kylyhah'. I read somewhere that the tribal vocalization was a tribute to the deceased singer, as it is similar to a technique usually used by women in Kazakh funeral ceremonies.
This competition was organized by the man in the white shirt who stood up in the first row, Billionaire Igor Krutoy, a famous Ukrainian and Russian music composer, performer, producer, and musical promoter. He invited Dimash to perform and it was this performance that prompted him to come out of retirement and compose masterpieces for Dimash to sing, such as I Miss You, Ogni Pietra, Your Love, Stranger, and Ave Maria, just to name a few. Since this concert, he has been collaborating with Dimash, writing music with his vocal range in mind, and often accompanying him on the piano. So you'll see more of him.
There is another performance of this song of one of his more recent concerts. It is as good or better because you can hear certain parts clearer and the camera stays on him most of the time. The man in the white shirt standing at the end is Igor Krutoy who is a famous Russian composer who came out of semi retirement to work with Dimash after seeing this performance. He has written several masterpieces for D:) and often accompanies him on the piano 😍🇬🇧
This was an old song by A.Studio, a kazakh band, but Dimash brougth it to another level. The first time I listened to Dimash''s songs two years ago, I was floating on a cloud for several weeks, and I couldn`t stop listening to him since then. His voice and interpretation are the best I have ever listened to, and I'm 69 years old.
